I placed an order at Pizza Hut through their app, the money was debited through my UPI but still the order was not placed.. calling the customer care they say that the refund would be available within 14 days.Sad to say..it happened to me in March 2023..no refund was provided. Still I trusted them and thought it was a glitch and I ordered again in July 2023, I had the same worst experience.Calling the customer care they would again repeat the same thing that the refund would be provided. I'm pretty sure it's a spam. I am expecting a genuine response and quick resolution on the same.
