I have purchased 4 pizzas vide Inv, No. P[protected] from Dhakoli outlet, in Zirakpur Punjab on 25.12.2022 at 19.11 Hrs. I keep getting vouchers from SBI card for purchase from your outlets, but every time your product quality is getting poorer. The order was for Pizzas, but what is served was thick pizza bread base with minimal cheese topping. The hygiene was so poor that there was a hair in one of the Pizza. The number mentioned on bill i.e., [protected] was found to be switched off and matter couldn't be reported to them. Visiting your outlets in Zirakpur, Manimajra has always been a disappointing experience. The quality of your Pizzas is pathetic and now the hygiene has also gone. Further the outlet doesn't refund the remaining amount of the voucher but when amount exceeds the order, promptly ask for the payment.
