[Resolved]  Pizza Hut India — Refund for order placed and payment done twice

Address:Powai, Mumbai

I had ordered for pizza from your store on 24th May 2022 by Paytm no [protected] amounting to Rs 718. For some reason the money was debited but still didnt reflect at your end and I was forced to pay cash (Rs 718)to recieve the order on the same day i.e. 24th May. I was then told by your customers service that the wrongly debited money will be credited back to my bank account via paytm by 30th May 2022.
I have been repeatedly following up and my money has still not been refunded back to the bank account.
Very bad service by Pizza Hut!

Kindly do the needful asap.
