Pizza Hut India — Refund not initiated

I ordered aa pizza on 22/11/16 maid the payment of 525Rs I ordered online due to some problem my payment got through but my order didn't.So I again ordered
And pay online again.customer representative told me you will get the refund with in next 5 days it's been a month I called like 4 times always same answer you will get it in 3 days or 2 days I drop a feedback, ID is 51675 as well but no buddy bother about it.i am going in consumer form now and I'll make sure that I'll post about your pathatic service to every where on internet and will always tell others not to order from you people.
