Pizza Hut India — Refund not provided even after one month

Dear sir,

I had placed an order (order no.[protected] on 28th aug 2016 at 16:03:30 at pizza hut for couple of pizza & garlic bread.
The order went to ansal plaza pari chowk greater noida.
I have never received my order as paramount golfforeste is not serviceable area by pizza hut.
I am chasing pizza hut from past one month for getting my refund, but till date not received my refund.

Please help me to get my refund.

Updated by Madhvendra I have been taking followup from Pizza hut for my refund, but they are saying that, your order has been cancelled from Pizza Hut ANSAL PLAZA PARI CHOWK STORE end. we can not refund. only store can refund.

even after more than one month, still no refund has been made by Pizza Hut.
