[Resolved] Pizza Hut India — refund not received after 18 days | |||||
I had ordered some pizza on 5/11/2017 at approx. 8:40 pm, paid amount online from citi credit card, amount deduced but confirmation not received so i again order same pizza amount deduced and confirmation received but i received confirmation for first order after 10 min. Of order, so i had called to customer care multiple times to cancel one order but all the line was busy.in next 30 min. Delivery boy has come with 2 pizza so i told all this scenario, i had a discussion with pizza hut executive and the final discussion was just leave one pizza and we will return your money within 7 working days. I had 2 more discussion with pizza hut customer care but not received the money. Plz help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
