Pizza Hut India — Refund not yet received

This order was Made online through https://online.pizzahut.co.in/ and the Pizza reached to my place at about 1hr. 30mins. late.
I requested a refund of Payment Made online.
The store Manager Ensured me that he has initiated the refund and it will reach me withing 21 working Days.
However, I did not receive any confirmation SMS or E-Mail from Pizza Hut Stating that the Refund is initiated.
Also Its been 21 working Days now and yet I have not received any Refund from Pizza Hut.
On Calling the customer care, they simply transfer my call to the Store Manager of Pizza Hut Wakad, Pune who replies that he has forwarded the request but has no idea when the refund will be completed.
