Pizza Hut India — Refund of amount after failed order | |||
This is Chirag Kharwar. I placed order on pizza hut on 25th December 2016 with mobile number as [protected]. Because of some problem in pizza hut my order was failed but the amount was debited from my account and this happened twice. I got the email from pizza hut saying if the amount is debited it will be credited back to the account. I tried to contact their number 3988 3988, but some how i am not able to call to that number and the call always disconnects even before ringing. I am yet to get the refund of my amount. I have exact same complain. Funny thing is even though the payment showed error, the bank says that the merchant has replied them that the payment was successful and they have even settled the payment.
