I had placed an order through Pizza hut app on 25th November 2022 in the name of Malcolm, Due to some technical error the order was not completed, but the amount was debited from my account. When I called to request the status, they said that the order was not placed and the amount will be refunded within 2 working days. I called the customer care again, and now they are saying it will be refunded within 7 working days. This was not mentioned to me before.
