I recently ordered a pizza for takeaway from Pizza Hut, My Order Id: 15821347 on 3/Dec/2022. The pizza was not at all good, it was just thick bread with no cheese and topping and after complaining to the store they said we can't do anything about this we've followed SOP and the store is closed for now.
Being a regular customer I didn't expect this kind of reply and no resolution from their end.
