Pizza Hut India — Was not given the 199 rs. 'overloaded big pizza' even when i received the sms.

I received following messages on 3rd March 2016 i.e. today,
Pizzahut All New Overloaded Big Pizza @Just Rs 199 - 8 slices to share, with 30%more toppings, Walk-in/Call[protected] /[protected]@ www.pizzahut.co.in TnC
And
Pizzahut All New Overloaded Big Pizza @Just Rs 199 - 8 slices to share, with 30%more toppings, Walk-in/Call 39883988 /[protected]@ www.pizzahut.co.in TnC
One at 6.2 PM and other at 6.19 pm, but when I called for placing the order I was not allowed to place the order as per above offer.
Order was placed on number[protected]
Therefore placed order for normal medium pizza which cost me 503 RS.
Also saw the pizza add for same offer on TV after some time.
Why was I not offered the order?
Also if that was mistake, plz refund extra money that I had to pay.
