Pizza Hut India — Wrong Order supplied | |||||
Order No.[protected] Date/Time: 12/28/2016 9:51:44 Order Reference No.7392585 placed online for 1 Veggie Supreme PAN Pizza, 1 Paneer Vegorama PAN Pizza and 1 Triple Treat Box containing 1 Tandoori Paneer PAN Pizza and 1 Country Feast PAN Pizza. Notably all ordered base were PAN and the Order Delivery Memo mentions the same. To my utter surprise, when I started eating I realized that the PAN pizza base was incredibly thin. My children also complained that it was not a PAN pizza. They only relish PAN pizza and flatly refused to eat the said "rubbish". I couldn't call immediately to the delivery outlet to collect back the "rubbish" they had supplied as it was already late and everyone in the family was waiting for the food, in particular, my elderly parents. I have taken photographs of the pizza base. I feel cheated as I was charged for what I never ordered and never wanted to have. I want Pizza Hut to pay back the money charged in full alongwith a further sum of Rs.5, 000 towards damages for causing anguish and anxiety to my entire family including my elderly parents. It also amounts to deficiency in service. If Pizza Hut doesn't come forward to address the issue, I may seek an appropriate legal recourse in the matter such as making a complaint before the Consumer Forum etc. Was this information helpful? | |||||
