On 5th may i have ordered pizza through online and choose mvisa as a payment option. The amount is debited but the website failed to complete the transaction. I have called up the customer care and they suggested me to go through the cash on delivery option for now. The amount which is debited will revert back to me within 15 working days but which didn't happen ever after 45 days...
When i called up the customer care they are now telling that is store problem. I have to contact the store guy, looks like though i ordered through their website they are asking me to visit the store. Store is guy is saying that it is a finance team issue. I lost patience by calling these people everyday.
I have provided even the mvisa payment confirmation screenshot along with all the details.
For just one order i paid twice and more over getting high bp when i call these guys..
Can anyone help me to file a consumer case against these guys... I want to claim even the compound interest along with the compensation for giving me more stress...

That time card machine was in problem. The shop guy didn't even informed me.I asked him to refund the money back, he said the amount which is debited will revert back to u within 2 working days but which didn't happen ever after 20 days...
Now the store guy is not responding properly, he is saying that it is a bank issue.Go and ask your debit account bank. I lost patience by calling these people everyday.
