This is in regards to an ordered placed today using mobile no [protected]. Store uttam nagar I placed order using application and there was only 2 option of delivery, kiran garden and british salon. This is not the first time i was ordering using app. I chooses kiran garden and mention complete address of mine and the order was accepted and delivery time promise was 12:48. Delivery boy called me at 12:48 and confirmed about my address and was informing that i will be late to deliver. At the time of accepting order there was no problem to restaurant in delivering, however once the order got late and reached me after 45 min, then delivery boy and manager was like they will not abide to policy. I was like why so, its the policy and there was no bulk order or i was informed at the time of order that order will be delivering late or other stuff. Manager was tooooooo stubborn and was not ready to go as per policy of 30 minute, he took 30 min in the hot afternoon and didnot allow me to take my pizza. I am shocked with his behaviour nd is not getting why he didnot allowed me to take pizza for free. I will file complaint against pizza hut, as the representative denied to abide policy.
