I placed an order for 2 medium size pizza + garlic bread + coke. Order timiing was 8:28 pm. At 9:10pm I called to check the status. Was told order delivery timing is 9:16pm despite told earlier that order will be delivered in 30 min as co. policy.No problem. I called again at 9:22, was adviced that rider is nearby & would reach in 4 min maximum. I again called at 9:35, still the answer is same. Got a msg at 9:37 that order is been is dispatched and will be delivered shortly. Called last time at 9:55pm, got same answer that rider is about to reach. At last I asked them to cancel.Everytime the answer was standard that pizza hut apolozizes, rider is about to reach, we will give you discount. Pizza hut makes big promises at their web site that they will deliver in 30 min, customer satisfaction is priority etc but dont have any idea that what is customer satisfaction. This is the second time I faced the problem with Pizza hut. Last time I placed online order for home delivery and that time too after many calls I had to pick the order from their shop. They are in service industry and if they can not deliver their product in their timelines then should not make these promises and make fool of the customers.
