[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Not Refunding Money for Cancelled Order

On 24 Dec 2014 I ordered twice from Pizzahut from my credit card and the second order was a mistake because of their site issue I didn't get any confirmation for 5minutes So I order it again but after some I got the confirmation for both Order so I canceled the second Order NO:[protected] and asked them for the refund and they told me within 14 days You will get the refund but it is almost 1 and half month every time I call them for the refund they tell me that you will get the refund within 3 Days and and not refunding the Money. So Please never ever Purchase anything from Pizzahut from your Credit, Debit card or any Online Payment Option.

after lot of mails and followup they returned the money after 4 months, I will never pay them upfront and will always choose cash on delivery
