Pizza Hut — Online billed, but no order placed/delivered | |||
Exactly one month back, I placed an order for my pizza. This is usually a hassle free task. However, this one time, due to some reason, the order did not get through, yet still my account was charged. I called the outlet to check if the order was through, but it was not. So i placed the order again and got it for cash payment. At the same time, I was told that the money will be automatically refunded AFTER ONE MONTH. Despite after taking this ridiculous amount of processing time, there is still no refund. And even when I called the helpline for feedback or online queries, the IVR DOES NOT CONNECT THE CALL ANYWHERE. DO NOT TRUST PIZZA HUT ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM!! Was this information helpful? | |||
