[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Order[protected] was delayed and Got a message for Rs 500 off

Hi Pizza Hut This is regarding Order No:[protected], that order was delayed and we got a message from you people that we will be getting off of rupees 500. I called yesterday to Pizza hut several times but they didn't replied Positively . If it is like that I need to escalate it to the next level as it's Pizza hut commitment to customers and if you are sending such messages to customer after delayed delivery ...so customer should avail this . My concern is Why Pizza hut guys are not responding on one go...why customer need to call several times else why customer need to wait for Your call ...Yesteday I have wasted my 1hr to make you people understand about this...as you people cut the calls several times.
