[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — Order not delivered even after payment

I placed on order at Pizza hut on Saturday after making payment by my credit card. The confirmation e-mail from them was at below:-

Your order no. is[protected]placed on 28/05/2016 20:55:03)
Delivery time is 28/05/2016 21:26:00 approximately

I didn't receive an order till next, 1 and half hour, I called them to check the status, the Centralized executives (DIVYA, SANTOSH) they said that someone will call you back in next 5 minutes.

But for the next 30 mins, I haven't received any call or order update.

I want a serious action to be taken over PIZZA HUT, and their executives and wish that they be placed behind bars for fooling customers like this.
