[Resolved] Pizza Hut — Poor Management from the staff & wrong item delivered | |||
I had been an avid lover of Italian food since I knew dining out, of which Pizza tops the list. On Sunday, 20th of April, 2014, I had ordered a family size triple chicken pizza with extra cheese at the Salt Lake, City Centre. I was asked to make the payment, which I did immediately & collect the order after 15 mins, Fair enough! When I came back after 20 mins, I was asked to wait for 5 mins, which again I did. But further to my dismay, when I was still waiting after 40 mins, I went up to the counter and enquired for a stern reply. They then made up a story of something as the pizza got ready on time but it fell off on the ground by mistake and they again were making it afresh. All this clearly showed signs o[censored]tter mismanagement. Further to my shock, the order which I opened for dinner was a completely different one. I had decided not to use pizza hut for any kind of meal and would refer the same in my circle as well. All I want to state is that, the brand failed to live upto my expectations this time.
