I had ordered pizza through Mobile app and made online transaction to Pizza hut (490/-)debited from my account to YUM on 20-Apr, though Mobile App showed failure in transaction, I was told by customer care that amount will be settled within 21 days,
After calling them thrice in last 25 days, now I have been told that amount will be settled soon and no one is commiting any SLA to me.
I would like to bring this in your notice as I foresee -
1- Pizza Hut intentionally earning interest on customers money.
2- They are deliberately delaying/denying the refunds,
3- SLAs are not met, hence they are following business ethics
I seek your assistance to get this resolved, as Pizza Hut customer care does not seem to be responsive enough in getting this resolved.
