Yesterday i had visited your outlet at Banasvadi, Bangalore after i made failed attempts to order online. I wanted Potato wedges. One Narsimha taking order informed me that the company had stopped the product as there were complaint. after placing other order the manager Vinu came who on asking informed that it was out of stock. when i questioned them they were very rude and asked me to lodge complaint.Also the service tax is charged on the entire bill instead of the charging it on the amount for service rendered'. It was a very unpleasant experience. Some other customers also had problems . When they started sharing their experience the manager again started talking rudely with me asking me to not to speak to other cutsomers. please look into the matter and let me know your views and action taken based on which i can decide whether to approach consumer forum.
