Pizza Hut — Rude talking by shift manager

I had ordered pizza on 13 feb. Pizza delivered by more than 30 minutes and hot dot on pizza box is black. I show it to rider he says sorry but you have to pay. After that he call shift manager mr.mayur and he talked very rudely.then i told i would give payment please let me talk to store manager but they dont. And then 3 persons from the store come to my house and threatened me. Then i gave the money. Sir please take necessary action.
