[Resolved]  Pizza Hut — worst delivery service

Worst service.. I have placed my order at 8.11 pm with order no.[protected] with city centre, salt lake outlet which was promised to be delivered by 8.41 p.m... buti did not recieve it till 9.15 pm.. so I tried contacting them but the line was not getting connected. . Somehow I git the no. Of the manager n called him.. he told that my order is on way.. at 9.30 pm I again called him to enquire my status n then I came to know that he has missed my order n that will reach again in 20 mins.. n finally at last I got my order at 10 pm after 110 mins of wait.. is that fair enough.. plus the delivered pizza was not up to mark as it was not cooked properly. .we really regret that we ordered at pizza hut n had a uncooked pizza ..all the best for your future for your one on one free Wednesday's offer.. u r doing a good job in satisfying your customers n maintaing ur quality of product..
