Pizza Hut — worst food chain delivery system

I placed a bulk order online for pizzahut confirming with helpdesk about home delivery after the order been placed. They called saying pizza cant be delivered at my place due to which the order got cancelled but i didn't received any kind of conformation that the order has been cancelled even after 4 hours. I don't know what kind of technology they are using even they stated that the money will be refunded within 25 days!!!
