I made an online pizza order amount got debited but order was not confirmed dated 1 jan 23.
As order was not confirmed so i have to make another payment which was successful with order id

My issue is plz refund earlier unsuccessful payment. I have called customer care but cc making me fool by saying amount will get refunded automatically. How amount will refund automatically when the payment is successful and gpay has advised me to contact pizzahut as payment already deducted. Plz find attached the screen shot o[censored]pi payment.
