[Resolved] Placement India — fraud company and cheating customers | |
Hi. I was approached by placement India employee (Amit Sauda) who promised be jobs opportunities in different locations and asked to pay INR 4400 for the services. He was responsive until I made the payment. I was informed that recruiters will directly contact me on my phone an email ID as they have tie ups with several companies. But these guys started sending me irrelevant options. Even after several conversations and seeing my picture on my resume, they did not realise that I’m a female. They are sending me third party details whom I’m suppose to call regarding job and that too the opening is for MALES ONLY. I’m a travel consultant and they are sharing me options of nurse and doctor. How do you guys expect me to become a doctor or a nurse when I belong from a different background? None of the employees are well trained Amit, Nafeesa from support team, especially Deepika from resume writing team as she kept writing wrong resume for me, 3 times in a row. The terms and conditions are not told in advance, shared nowhere verbally or in written. They sent a payment link, Amit guided me with the payment procedure as in, I have to fill the company name, my name, amount, etc, but he never said that somewhere in corner they have mentioned their terms and conditions which I’m suppose to go through. Moreover the payment link also expires if the payment is not done asap. The proposal regarding the company and process was shared to me after making the payment - again I was kept in dark. I called them plenty of times from past 15 days, every time different employees come up with different details, there is no standard answer shared, this shows how unbalanced the organisation is. Ultimately, now I’m blamed that I dint check the terms and conditions. Guys, why dint you inform that it’s mentioned somewhere in the payment page? Why not be transparent? Why not provide the services what I was promised? I’m one of the customer who is cheated, not sure how many more are cheated and looted. I need my 4400 back. I repeat, I need my 4400 back. I would instead donate this money to needy or orphanage but not to fraud company called PLACEMENT INDIA. Strict action has to be taken against this company. This company is fraud they are giving customers fraud details until customer make payment they promised me to give recruiter detail and help me in job now they don't pick up calls and there customer executive are abusing please help me to revert back my money they are not providing any package this is fraud
