Planet Spark — Regarding Public speaking classes

It is my request to all the parents whom so ever are connected to me that please don’t engage your kids in online classes & different studying site.
Just spare your few minutes to read my experience which I had with #planet spark one of the public speaking classes which I had started for son in the month of May’22.
Initially while starting the classes there marketing team has booked me for 120 classes @ 66600/- (Overall course fees) out of which 9000/- was the initial installment & pending 57600/- has been booked through EMI by one of partner #early salary @3200/- month for next 18month. Their team has ensure that in case u will not be willing to continue with your classes u can immediately stop the classes at any instant.
After completing 25Nos of classes we are not willing to continue. So we have contacted there customer support team & all persons whom so ever was in contact with me so that classes can stopped & refund can be initiated based on the discussion which was held between me & there marketing team.
Now as per there customer support team for stopping the classes I needs to pay 1000/- classes + applicable GST, even after sending a lot of mail they haven’t respond to me. I had also asked that to please send me a signed copy of the agreement which must has been shared to me while starting the course & there was NO response from there team. Already my EMI is getting deducted per month NON STOP.
My only request is to please hit “Like” or “Share” so that other parents should not got stuck in these type of trap’s & blackmail which is running by these all organization.
