I had enrolled my kid in this course(Public Speaking & Creative Writing Course) after talking with Course Coordinator Darshna Agarwal(darshna.[protected]@planetspark.in ) & Muskan Agarwal (muskan.[protected]@planetspark.in), Then I had paid 86, 620.56 for this course. Which was converted in to EMI(3609.19 Monthly for 24 months). After that the course started and it wasn't up to the standard as there are lot of last moment leaves and cancellation of the classes by teacher and after one month Teacher left PlanetSpark suddenly. No one from PlanetSpark informed about this and nothing was scheduled after wards. Then I reached out to PlanetSpark for the classes but in my Surprise they don't have any information about it. Later on I decided to CANCEL & discontinue the Course and I wanted my full refund(Ticket #119905 by Shilpa Vyas). I wrote Multiple emails to [protected]@planetspark.in to CANCEL the service and REFUND my Money but there is no Response . After someday again i called to their customer care and they told me that some agent will call regarding this. They simply started allocating teacher. But we are not happy with their service at all & we wanted our EMI to be STOPPED immediately and refund of our Money. Then we wrote Multiple emails to customer Care but there is no response. We(me and my wife) tried to call several times . Every time they pick up call and say some agent is going to call. In stead of Cancelling the refund the money ther are doing time pass and in the mean time 3 EMI(August, Sept, Oct) got deducted already with out any service. This is Called CHEATING. PlanetSpark is doing fraud under " No Question asked Money Back Policy".

I have shared all of the details with you and there mail addresses also.
Kindly take actions against them so that People shouldn't fooled by this Fraud EduTech company. People with name of Education do FRAUD.

I had enrolled for an online classes from Planet Spark. During enrollment, they said that the cancellation process and refund is very easy, if classes doesn't suits me. I had enrolled on 25th May for a total 80 classes, for which an amount of Rs.48000 was blocked from my credit card. every month Rs.4000 used to get debited from my account. On 29th Aug'22, I had sent mail to cancel my registration and release the money for the unattended classes. But till today, there is no hearing on my request and they have been deducting money form my account. I have sent multiple mails to know the status, but every time an auto mailer is sent and no further action is done. Pls help in getting my issue resolved. Issue tkt number :#117757

As I have found the class and services not as expected, I have send request mail during the month of Apr’2022 to discontinue the class and to get refund our payment and to cancel the EMI.

BUT Planet spark not giving any response mail to get back our REFUND as they committed. Its shows planet spark is completely for business not for education.

I start my child online study with planet spark, but now i don't want to continue study so I request for refund my deposit but they stop receiving my call, and not refund my money

I here with registered my son with Plante Spark with great hope to develop his public speaking competencies.

In this regard as urged by them to book the schedule as token amount remitted a payment of Rs.2000 after to the rehearsal / Demo session / class on 29th June 2022.

Not more than a week once again they urged me to make a payment of rs. 7000/- close to Rs.9000 to proceed with EMI option which i was not interested to opt for that.

then they came forward with 1.5 years with 180 hours of session by remitting the balance amount of 24, 000 to start with the session.

From that day till the end of August 2022, there is no communication or acknowledgement with regard to registration of my son.

After two months i further to my intimation only then the head counselor Mrs.. Anjali Bikshit came forward and proposed to schedule the class.

But my ward has after waiting for one month period, with great displeasure engaged with some other program and he cannot no longer attend to any other sessions also.

Today when i raised the ticket to customer care support desk for the Unique Id 30410, they told me as per the cancellation policy he has to attend minimum 5 hrs of class which was no longer mentioned to me and finally told me that Rs.9000 will be retained by them for assisting me with EMI options which was not opted by me any more.

i want other parents to keep themselves refrain from these associates employed in such reupute organizations.

I already sent a lot of reminders in the mail against Ticket #117263 from dated 24.08.2022 and I have called customer care many times but we don't get any response from them, please process this on an immediate basis and kindly cancel this loan account and refund the deposited amount.
We have sent lot of reminders and i have done lot of calls but no response from your side, and i request you to cancel the loan and refund the amount but it was not cancel and when we started then we get the assurance that we can cancelled it any time.
Kindly do the needful or I need to take some legal action against your company.

I have taken finance from early salary for seeking admission in planet spark. I had requested to cancel admission of my kids on 27 Jul 2022. During that time it was informed that it is going to take 30 days. But after 30 days nothing is happened and they still haven't cancel admission since from last many days I am sending email to planet spark.

I have requested so many times to stop classes for my son since 8August but still planet spark has not taken serious step in this matter and also as I am opting for EMI from early salary and my EMI also getting increased daily. This is very unprofessional at the time of admission they promised that if we are unsatisfied with the class then they will cancelled the class without any question but now when we are requesting to canceled the class they are asking the reason. Early salary from where I have taken the loan they are also sending me notice regarding this. Pls. help me and take some legal action against this fraud company.

Planet Spark — No Response to Refund payment and cancel EMI after discontinue class as Mentioned their clause and promised to refund money

I raised many tickets and asked about refund but getting sorry for inconvenience now its more than 2 months but not yet received any update and refund status.

Due this my credit score is impacting.

Booked 60 lessons after lengthy talk with their counsellors. One of my concerns was what if I choose to cancel classes of we don't like them and was informed the remaining classes would be refunded.

It's been over a month since I cancelled classes because they were not upto par and still waiting on the refund. It started with - sorry, it's taking a while to no response to my query.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, the method of teaching is awful with zero customer service.

I recieved a call from planet spark regarding hiring I got selected the the send me a link regarding personal information and bank details I submitted that now after reviewing them i am scared if they are going to misuse my document because they have even asked for a cancell cheque plz help.

I have sent you the complete bank details on 9th June. We are in a very bad situation as Ishaan's father passed away. So please understand my problem and refund me as soon as possible.

My name is Srinivas Panguluri. I have registered for English classes for my 6yrs old daughter with Planet spark and it is completed for 6months with staff issues and renewed the class for another 6months but they didn't provide proper staff again so I have cancelled my classes on Feb 21, 2022(attached receipt) and they accepted for refund. Around the first week of May, we paid for 15 classes and went through 15 classes.

After 15 classes, we got a message to pay the remaining fee for the rest of 15 classes. We paid and informed one of the executive.

After paying the fee, executive said it will take some time to resume the classes. From there we tried to contact multiple people to resume our classes.

Despite Multiple attempts through multiple times and even after reaching out to multiple people, my request to resume classes wasn't addressed.

We waited for almost 45 days assuming someone will address this issue.

Now after raising a support ticket for REFUND, one of your executive came and concluded REFUND is not possible.

I couldn't understand why I should pay for your mistake and negligence.

Could you please help me with this and at the earliest please REFUND my amount back...

I have made a payment of 5000 rupees for the course of planetspark spark and due to some issues i requested for refund of my money as i have not used any classes. After 7 days(12may) the team responded and they said that they will require a time for refund of 3-4 weeks and i said ok no problem do it but after 3-4 weeks i didn't get my money and when ever I call then same thing is said by the customer support that wait for some time but it has been more than 20 days after the time asked by company and no refund has been processed and again the team is repeating some thing that please wait for some time so please help me out.

I have taken admission in planetspark for my daughter but she is not interested so I asked planetspark for course cancellation they told me pay the due amount, I have paid the due amount but still they haven't cancell my couse, still i have pay every month EMI to Eduvanz financing company,
Planet spark is fraud online institution, Eduvanz financing company also encourage to planetspark, so please stop planetspark activity in India and also refund my amount total 2lakhs

As per discussion held with your team regarding classes we are neither clear nor guided properly. They said After paying first admission fee then the classes will start, after paying Rs5000 / -on 20th may 2022 paid through UPI they said to pay complete payment then I payed final payment of Rs.15000/- through Citi bank Credit card, but after payment also we waited for two to three weeks to start the class no response has got from them . When we asked team regarding classes they were postponing the classes even after two to three weeks waiting period also so we got fed up with them and we told them to refund the payment of Rs. 20, 000 which I paid in two instalments but no response from them I don’t want any classes from them so I request to refund the total amount ASAP.

We have cancelled our Planet spark tution for our children in December 2021, however in spite of repeated followup with everyone in the planet spark team including the co-founder. They tell that we will do a refund and I wait for few days then I do a follow up again.

For the last time I have requested the co-founder to settle the amount and do a refund still they don't process it and they stopped replying to me.

I got my ward enrolled in e-learning public speaking programme of Planetspark. Course fee is rs 85000/- or so. They assured me if we do not like the course fee will be refunded in 24 hours without asking a question. They made Education loan arrangement with Eduvanz and hence fee is converted into EMI. Here we got stuck.

Irregular time table etc made us uncomfortable and we requested them to stop classes and refund fee. I m struggling for fee refund for last many days sent multiple emails, calls but jo response. EDUVANZ EMI are getting debited.

This is inform you that we want to discontinue the classes now there is total amount for 21 months charges was 103000 and per month charges was 4904 and we have taken 68 classes in 3 months and we paid all the three months fees but now they are saying there is 624 rs. Per classes and we have to pay amount to be retrieved 27733 rs to us .
When we enroll our children we have talk about the monthly payment we are not going through any education loan or anything else to us .

At the process of enrolment we are only able to pay monthly payment 4904 rs per month only that's why we agree for classes with this, and they have also told us you can discontinue classes whenever you want in the mid session now you are going to change your policy and asking for more payment.
And according to this, there is 19000rs per month and which is not okey and we are not able to pay.
This is totally going to a fraud doing wrong to us nothing has been told us earlier during the enrollment time.
And you have also not mentioned any loan process you have said this is just a admission process and you ask for documents and after that you have done education lone on us with any information or our permission.
Please we requested to do the discontinue process as you told us in the earlier with monthly process as we have already paid for all three months payment plese do this process as soon as possible and resolve our problem otherwise we have to go through a cyber crime and online fraud process against planet spark...

Paid for 30 classes, first few were "ok" was actually surprised why teacher is making my 8 yo read politic story AND not correcting pronunciation as he read. But trick comes in later, once over that 1 month point of no return of money, teacher would skip classes at times wihoput notice AND classes now became unattended! teacher would give story to read and mute her mic and camera, clearly working with another child at that time...reconnect after 1 hr o[censored]nattanded reading just to say bye...
ALSO guess what, now i have india calling me daily trying to get me into some other random classes...and duct cleaning of course!

Planet spark is a fraud education company which make the parents fool by playing on their emotion.

We had registered with them for 6 month which they were insisting for 12 month.. somehow we are not liking and requested to withdraw from classes but they are not responding either on mail or on the number shared on their website.

they are lingering so that they will complete their 6 month and forcefully take from us 6 month payment which we completely feel cheated as a parent.

This is definitely a fraud cheat company

In the first class itself while teaching about body language and face expressions, the teacher showed video of Malala Day and introduced the idea of terrorist to my 9 years old. When he enquired about who a terrorist is, the teacher started telling about Malala's story and told the child that "NOW Kashmir has become part of India sometime back"... While I was still wondering about the choice of video to explain the public speaking methods, this statement was too much to take. At this I objected and asked her to state the correct facts that "Kashmir has always been a part of India". After trying to give false reasons a few times, she finally accepted.
I dint make any point about the choice of video during the class. However, it is important for everyone to know where planet spark is trying to take the minds of young children. Why did the teacher make a statement like "Kashmir is now a part of India"? Doesn't everyone know that Kashmir was always an integral part of India.

On January 18, 2022, I have paid advance fee payment of Rs 9200 to one of Planet Spark's employees personal account on instructions of the lady, who was giving us orientation of course for my daughter. She was so eager for the payment that she made me pay at 9.50 PM the same day.

Next day, she asked for my documents to complete the SO CALLED PROCEDURE of their company. And called me again and again, so I gave her my documents including bank and ID proofs etc.

Next day, I came to know that they applied for loan on my behalf without even taking my consent regarding this loan. The loan was applied through Eduvanz Financing Private Limited.

Then they said it is mandatory to take loan, which I was not agreeable. I was ready to pay monthly fee as we pay in regular school etc. They even provided fake and manipulated NACH forms from Axis Bank where beneficiary was Eduvanz Financing Private Limited.

Two ladies and one gentleman (who took money in his personal account) tried to convince me to take the loan by providing 100% REFUND POLICY CERTIFICATE and by saying so many other things.

Now, finally I asked them to cancel the program and REFUND MY MONEY as I thought so many fishy things, on 26 January 2022.

Today it is 26 March 2022, I am still awaiting my REFUND despite calling all the above ladies and gentleman mentioned above.

I have made calls, written emails, text many times to them. Called and emailed to customer care executives also.

I have not mentioned names here but I can provide if required with the evidence of payments made to him. Other things also I can provide like emails, calls made, emails etc.

Please help me to get my hard earned money. Or else provide intstructions to get it recovered from them.

They offered me 21 months course with Rs4000 advance monthly fees. after paying Rs4000, they asked me for my bank details and adhar, pan card details.and they pressure me for a finance scheme. i told them i am not interested.but they pressure me again and again .finally i told them to return my advance monthly fees .but they told me that, it's impossible to refund my money.

I bought a course on Public speaking from Planet spark. I decided to take around 60 classes for 25000, out of which 5666 was given as a down payment and the rest was financed via monthly EMI.
I even asked them about their refund policy before making a payment and they said that thet have a 100 percent refund policy for unused classes.
Firstly it took about 8-10 days after making a payment to get my login credentials that too after multiple emails to their customer support most of which were unanswered.
When finally I sat for my class, no teacher from their end showed up even after giving a confirmation that I will be attending the class on that particular day.
When I demanded a refund their back-end said that they do not give the money back as the product was sold by a trainee (which I don't know how a customer is supposed to know).
After hassling with them for hours I asked them to cancel my EMI which was due as I no longer wanted their product.
These people simply refused to cancel it and said that I have to pay the EMIs as well on top of already paying 5666- INR which they refused to give me back.
So no classes, no refund on down payment and to top that they said that I have to pay the EMI as well which is around 19334.
I made a mistake trusting these people.
Please do not make the same mistakes.
These people are clear frauds and they donot value your time or your money.

The employee of planet spark ask for documents and on consistently saying no for auto debit facility they make your illegal fraud sign on e mandate form and submit it to a eduvanz finance company. Now no one is ready to give solution even after acceptance of the fraud by company it self.

The Online classes company called "Planet Spark" is not trustworthy. They are looting public money with false promises. Please take action against them. Kindly find the details below and do justice.

Its been more than one month, they are not even replying. Paid the whole amount based on their promise of refund. We hardly took 5 classes out of 35/40 classes.

On 02.11.2021, I had sent an email to Mr.Kumar Ashutosh, cousellor at Planetspark, intimating him that my son would like to discontinue the course and requested for refund of Rs, 6375/-. based on their "Trust Policy".

After much delay, On 20.11.2021, he acknowleged the refund of Rs.6375/- and assured refund of the same with in 7-10 working days. Even after 20 days, there is no response from Planet spark and found them very unprofessional in handling refund queries by giving some excuse or other.

Hence kindly do the needful to get it resolved.
