Hello,
I enrolled my brother with Planetspark, because it was 1:1 live learning platform as my brother is preparing for IELTS and wanted to work on communication part.
But plan changed and we didn't wanted to continue with the course as it wasn't required now.
So I contacted the counselor, and he said he has left the organization, we need to contact the customer support and assigned manager,
I Mailed them on 5th of march stating that i want to end up the enrollment,
and after 3 days i just got a revert that has my complain ID nothing else,
I took Excellence course at 90000 and choosed EMIs option of 21 Months,
after paying two EMIs i mailed them,
but there's no update from their end. IT WAS SAID NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED AND WILL BE REFUNDED just by sending an EMAIL to PLANETSPARK.
They Provided me a PDF of a refund document of EDUVANZ with KUNAL MALIK's signature on it .
I Don't know what to do with it now.
ITS LIKE THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR POCKETS AND THEN THEY BEHAVE LIKE THEY DON'T EVEN CARE .
TOTALLY FRAUD.
My only request is to stop my course, i don't want any refund or anything.
I AM REALLY DISTURBED AND FRUSTRATED FROM THE CALLS OF EDUVANZ GUYS, WHO ARE CALLING ME ALL THE DAY TO PAY THE INSTALLMENT.
And are using abusive language, threatening us.
