Not refunding enrollment amount and Not closing loan
I enrolled my child for a course in PlanetSpark in December, however, after enrollment we found it is not the right course for our kid. By this time they already took loan against my ID from Eduvanz. When I contacted them to close the loan and return the enrollment fee (3400), they stopped responding. they insisted on keep continue with the course which was not our intention and as per the refund policy, they promised to refund on the same day without asking a question. The reality is totally against and they stopped responding to my emails and Eduvanz team is following up for the EMIs of the loan. I urge this forum and Kunal Malik ([protected]@planetspark.in) - co-owner to please help resolving this issue at the earliest.

I enrolled my daughter for 4 months course in Planet Spark in July. They gave us only 8 classes after that they stopped the services. When I tried to contact them, they are not answering phone calls. Please don't enroll your kid and waste your money in this course, it's totally fake. It's my personal experience.

I enrolled my daughter for 165 sessions by Planetspark for a total fee of Rs92500. The fee was paid via Early Salary with a monthly EMI of Rs4410. After few classes, I was not satisfied with the progress and I decided to cancel further sessions in December. It took more than a month and many many follow ups to reach to the point where they gave me the payment link of Rs10279 to pay the outstanding amount for the sessions already taken and...

Not processing refund after many attempts to reach out

We signed up our daughter for public speaking classes with PlanetSpark in Oct, 2021. During signup, we were promised a prorated refund of the remaining classes, in case we are not happy with the service provided. So we paid the entire amount for all 60 classes.
We have attended only 9 classes so far (during which time we changed 3 teachers!) The last teacher we had never attended our classes and we had to keep pinging him on WhatsApp to join and conduct the class each time after waiting. We were completely dissatisfied with both their level of service and quality of classes.
Finally, we decided we had enough of this, and sent an official email on Dec 20, 2021, indicating withdrawal from classes and requested that they refund the prorated remaining amount that we had paid.
We keep hearing promises that they will look into it asap, on an urgent basis etc.. but absolutely no movement with regard to this issue. This has been going on for so many days. We have contacted them multiple times via email, via a complaint on their website (Ticket number: 18140 on their website), by directly calling/messaging our assigned learning manager with no use. We have proof of all this communication with us. They never get back to us about it and there is no evidence that they are processing this refund from their end.
They have gone one level further and are unethically specifying in our account, that we have been attending all classes on their website. When we login to our account on their website, it shows we are continuing classes with them even as of Jan 18, 2022, when in reality we stopped classes with them as of Dec 9, 2021 (the date of our last attended class). This was the last straw. Even after messaging them about why they have wrongly updated our account, that the classes are still going on, there is no reply from their end.
We request you to kindly help us in resolving this issue with them and please get us our prorated refund back (51 classes worth of money). We request you to please take action against such cheating in online courses and to get back our refund.

Yes, Agreed. They are eating out money and not responding. I am going to FIR against them. Already logdef cyber crime complaint. I would urge you guys to follow the same. Also let's track these guys on Twitter. And raise voice against fraudulent company.

Fraud of illegal sign
The employee of planet spark ask for documents and on consistently saying no for auto debit facility they make your illegal fraud sign on e mandate form and submit it to a eduvanz finance company. Now no one is ready to give solution even after acceptance of the fraud by company it self.

Classes cancelled 2 months back but Loan foreclosure not started by Planet spark

Hi All
Humble request please do not fall prey to these kind of money minchers anymore . I enrolled my 2 kids in planet spark for public speaking . I was brainwashed by Naina Rajan via phone . On the same day everything happened in one shot . I mean proof submission, initial payment and all . And financing thru Eduvanz.
And the classes started . Teacher name was Tanvi Gupta . All of a sudden teacher said she has got new job and want to quit . I called Naina so many times but of no response . Teacher stopped taking class . Came to know from the customer care that she quit . Okay . Then I sent multiple mails to customer care . And the escalation person Karthikeya from planet spark but no use . No one cares to respond . I am getting daily calls from Eduvanz asking for EMI . I am not sure what I need to do now ?

Education Fraud. Not refunding amount

This company is a big time cheater. They enrolled saying it's a public speaking course, but the syllabus they showed earlier and what was taught did not match. They had told that amount will be refunded if you don't like the class.i just took one class and asked for refund. They said they will give. But It's one month and i am tired of sending them endless mails and calling customer call. But they don't even reply.
It's a desperate cry for help.. amount is 23000/- which is a big amount for me.
They lie straight on your face. Promise sthg and deliver sthg else. Absolute cheaters. Big time frauds. Pls pls don't ever fall in their trap.. Their classes are pathetic and once you pay they trap you.
Pls someone make these cheaters accountable. They cannot loot in the name of education from innocent children. PLEASE HELP 🙏

On 9 November 2021 I have raised my concern with Planetspark to help me with the discontinuation process of my Child Publicspeaking classes. As Planetspark has made me bound to pay every month 5th day through ECS with his partner Earlysalary as it is a prepaid model. I have raised my concern of discontinuation a month before so that they can help me with smooth exit. But they did not mind to assist me with anything till date.
After not finding no response its been a month now earlysalary is following me and harrassing to clear the monthly installment when I am not at all availing any services from Planetspark. Early Salary says we are not responsible with planetspark, it is us who have to sort out with planetspark. Sir how to sortout when they do not answer your multiple mails, calls, Smss.
This is Planetspark who fish customers with any kind of payment deals at the time of enrollments, later they are not bother also for their quality of teaching, services and promises. They have extremely pathetic exit and refund policies.
This is Planetspark who introduced me with Earlysalary kind of company to monthly ECS, and now they are not even bothered about to get me out of this problem. Stopped classes for kids due to inconsistency in their tutor. They have refused to refund for the unused classes of which they claim before signing up that refund is 100% guarantee.

I had enrolled in planet spark for excellence course and paind the amount and all of a sudden they changed the teacher and schedule without informing us, While joining the course they promised us for the refund if we don't like the class o due to any reason, they had agreed for refund for not attended classes. so i requested for refund and its been almost 3 weeks for now, and no response from their end. They have just turned blind eye on us.

I have canceled classes from Planetspark on 12th Aug 2021, as my son having time issues I have availed loan from Eduvanz for the classes taken from Planetspark.
I had emailed the request to cancel to "[protected]@planetspark.in". But till now there is no response, though I have shared my mobile and asked them to the callback. No call or reply till now. Raised a customer care Ticket too.
Also tried reaching the customer care number: "+91 [protected]". This never works!
Then I tried calling the counselor who had initially got us introduced to the program. He never picked our calls. Though he replied to WhatsApp message telling the Account Manager will take care. He then shared the Account Manager's mobile number. Also, I tried asking the Teacher for more contact details, but even she just had the counselor's mobile numbers only and didn't have any contact with the management.
The Account Manager's mobile number never works, and after 4 days we saw the Account Manager online on WhatsApp, though here network call never works. She replied back that she will discuss with the finance team and update us back the next day.
2 days later she confirmed that our cancellation is processed and no more Eduvanz will deduct the loan amount. We requested the same confirmation via email. She told she will do it.
Now the same day we received an SMS alert from Eduvanz on the next month's deduction amount. Then I called Eduvanz, to see how to cancel or stop the loan deduction. The Eduvanz representative replied that they didn't get any such info or request on the cancellation of the loan. And nothing can be done from my side as it needs to be closed properly from PlanetSpark only!
Now I try calling Counselor and the Account Manager no one picks the call. No idea how to proceed here. I'm stuck, and our hard-earned money is being looted. Don't know how to catch these guys!
Need to take proper action against these fraudsters.

But now it’s been around a month and these people are not at all entertaining me, nobody neither in accounts nor in escalation team knows about my refund status, they had given me account person no. At the time of enrolment but now when I call on that no. It’s coming out to be there customer care .

Personal Loan Fraud

Planet spark company offers public speaking / language skills. They force parents to signup for a education loan which will be auto paid towards classes. Even if parents are ready to pay monthly, they collect documents for Eduvanz loan. When we cancel course, they stop responding. I have cancelled the course in October. I am yet to get confirmation on cancellation. To me this is looking like a fraud. When I checked complaints from others I am worried. This company needs to be scrutinized and penalized.

Paid in full, not provided full no of classes committed
I paid for 30 classes and after completing 15 classes planetspark team surprisingly stopped taking classes and started asking for more money. Every perdon we go to will give different rates and different resolution but no one is able to actually resolve the issue. Their cuatomee aupport team is not able to connect to the concern person. Managers and coordinators are not responding. I need my refund if they are nlt going to complete the course.

I have opted for an English course for my daughter on EMI basis which lent by EarlySalary. I was promised when I enrolled that I could cancel the course whenever I wanted, and the course will cancel and the money which EarlySalary has lent to Planet Spark will be returned and the course will be closed.
I have now lost my job after not being paid for more than 6 months. I am in a very bad shape now. So have been chasing so many people...

Unable to reach anyone from PlanetSpark for cancellation of classes and refund. Loan amount is getting deducted every month.

I have cancelled classes from Planetspark on July28th 2021, as my daughter was having health issues(eye) and doctor had advised to reduce all the screen-time. I have availed loan from Eduvanz for the classes taken from Planetspark.
I had emailed the request to cancel to "[protected]@planetspark.in". But till now there is no response, though I have shared my mobile and asked them to callback. No call or reply till now. Raised a customer care Ticket too.
Also tried reaching the customer care number: "+91 [protected]". This never works!
Then I tried calling the counselor who had initially got us introduced to the program. He never picked our calls. Though he replied to WhatsApp message telling the Account Manager will take care. He then shared Account Manager mobile number. Also I tried asking the Teacher on more contact details, but even she just had the counselor mobile numbers only and didn't have any contact on the management.
Account Manager mobile number never works, and after 4 days we saw the Account Manager online in WhatsApp, though here network call never works. She replied back that she will discuss with finance team and update us back the next day.
2 days later she confirmed that our cancellation is processed and no more Eduvanz will deduct loan amount. We requested the same confirmation via email. She told she will do it.
Now the same day we received SMS alert from Eduvanz on the next month deduction amount. Then I called Eduvanz, to see how to cancel or stop the loan deduction. The Eduvanz representative replied that they didn't get any such info or request on cancellation of loan. And nothing can be done from my side as it needs to be closed properly from PlanetSpark only!
Now I try calling Counselor and the Account Manager no one picks the call. No idea how to proceed here. I'm stuck, and our hard earned money is being looted. Don't know how to catch these guys!

Reg: Cancellation of classes and refund
I have cancelled classes from Planetspark on June 1st 2021. Till now I didn't get any update on that. I have availed loan from Earlysalary for the classes taken from Planetspark.
Planetspark has to send an email to Earlysalary saying that the classes are cancelled. But They didn't send it.
I am getting continuous emails and messages from Earlysalary saying that I need to pay money. It's badly damaging my credit score.
Need to take proper action against these fraudsters.

For providing less number of classes and not reachable
Due to covid -19 the children are to stay inside the home and the schools are also online.
To keep my kig engage I took his admission in online courses for Public Speaking.
The counsellor of Planet Spark promised me to provide 165 classes and i am email as well as proof for the fee payment and classes. But planetspark website is showing only 135 days. I am not able to reach planetspark from last 10+ days.
Moreover phone is not getting picked on customer service number. My son has completed 35 classes. Please help me to get refund for remaining 10 classes as per policy of planetspark (no question asked for refund request).

To keep my daughter engage I took her admission in online courses for English course. The counsellor of Planet Spark promised me to provide 4 months course for the fees I paid for admission.
