Planetspark — Complaint about refund policy

I have enrolled my son for planetspark's public speaking classes and chose emi option for payment. But after 24 classes out of 60, the assigned teacher was no longer able to continue as they have not paid his salary. We no longer wanted to continue with other teacher and asked for refund and immediate stoppage of emi deduction in Jan 2022. In Feb 2022, I received a mail that my refund will be processed in 10 working days, yet my emi was deducted for both Feb2022 and March 2022, when I called customer care rep he assured me that I would get the money back by March 30th 2022, and no more emi would be deducted. Yet again the emi was deducted in April 2022. In April again after lots of call, I got a mail asking for bank details which I have immediately sent on April 5th, but till now i didn't receive any refund. I have tried calling their customer service but most of the time it says that they are all busy. At the time of joining they promised that they have no questions asked refund policy which would be completed within 7 working days from the complaint date, yet even after almost 3 months and lots of calls, they are not able to process the refund. Only till we join they make lots of fake promises, but once we join, they just don't care. Now only God knows when I will get the money back and I don't even know whether may and June emis will also be deducted. Just pathetic response.
