Charging amount as per their own which did not communicated while enrolling and debiting ECS from my account after distcontinued

Respected Sir,
This complaint is on planetspark for the following reasons and I am demanding the extra amount they have debited from my bank account as ECS even after we stopped taking classes and cancelled. No official communication from them why they are debiting amounts from my bank account even we have stopped taking classes.
Here is the summary of points why I am giving complaint on them.
1. They are auto debiting ECS amounts from my debit account after we have discontinued. This is unethical and this comes under fraud as they should not send ECS to my bank account even after we had stopped taking their classes.
2. I had paid completely for the months for which my kid had attended classes. Their counsellor Prathik who is point of contact to me mentioned they will charge amount on monthly basis but did not mentioned any other way as they are saying now.
3. I have call recording of that conversation with their Counsellor which was happened while enrolling for the classes.
4. While enrolling, their councilor put two options for making the payment. One is debiting from credit card and the other is ECS which is auto debiting from bank account. He took all my personal ID cards saying for the sake of ECS process but without informing or giving any detailed information they have opened a loan on my name with third part company. This is legally not at all acceptable and the same I told to their councilor.
5. From the beginning there are no official communications from planetspark side but now after I have discontinued they are saying that their charges are per class basis and not monthly basis. This was not communicated to me while enrolling. I have proof for that as I have recorded that call.
Below I want to give detailed steps from beginning how planetspark had proceeded in my case.
Our first interaction with planetspark started somewhere around 3rd December 2021. On 4th December 2021 I had interacted with Pratik Bhosale who is the Senior Academic Counsellor of planet spark. As per his conversation monthly fees will be Rs 3500/-. And For the first month mentioned to pay extra Rs 400/- for documentation processing. So I have paid Rs 3900/- through UPI ( Gpay) to the mobile number [protected] given by him.
He explained to me about their curriculum design. He said clearly there will be 4 classes per week and then explained related to the payment details. Here counsellor did not mentioned they will charge Rs 556/- per class and based on this the amount will be divided and collected from us. For monthly payment he kept two methods Infront of me. One is paying through credit card and the other one is ECS which is debiting automatically from my bank account. I have chosen the second option ECS and as per his request I have shared all my personal ID documents through whatsapp. Again here there is a conflict. With these documents planetspark opened a loan on my loan with third party Eduvanz organization. But they have not at all informed about opening a loan on my name and then for that I need to pay monthly through ECS.
Related to this loan process I had argued with counsellor how they can open a loan account on my name without informing and taking my approval for the sake of ECS. But he has no proper answer to this.
MY kid has attended classes starting from 14th decemebr 2021 to till 20th March 2022. And even in between we did not have completely 4 classes all these weeks. I have paid completely for these months.
Now suddenly when we had stopped taking their classes they started saying their charge is based on per class bais, which was not at all communicated to me while enrolling. First of all from planetspark from beginning there are no official communications its only happens talking to their counsellor.
Finally I am asking planetspark to return back the extra amount they have debited as ECS from post March 2022 and stop this ECS process as I cancelled. If this continues without hearing my words I will go for legal procedures with all the evidences that I have.

I applied for the position of Teacher at Planet spark in April 2022. The whole interview process took a day and they asked for all the documents the next day, once they announced that I was selected. They felt so quick to enroll me for the position. Documents included my Aadhar card, PAN card, and other necessary details.
Now I want to resign from the position. However, even after mailing their contact person (the one who was coordinating in the placement process) is not responding and I am still getting updates to join their training program before they start with the actual job.

Eduvanz is charging every month of 4550/- via ecs. We have discontinued the online education with planet spark since end of March but they have still charged us for the month April & May. Have been sending repeated emails but only false promises.

I have been trying to get my refund of inr 3571 since the month of jan 2022 have done several follow ups via email and calls but of no help.
Now my credit score is taking a toll, have a look of message I received from Easysalary... Why is this unprofessional behavior? What is my fault? I see just one fault that is trusting the commitments made by planetspark spocs first your teachers are not rendering their job properly then if I want to withdraw myself from planetspark then I have to just keep on messaging and following up with you guys.
Here I am mentioning the harrasing and demoralizing conversation made by one of your teach Mrs. Lipi (+[protected] with my child who stated to my child that she knows nothing...is this the way you guys envourage young kids??? then I want to mention about your teacher Caroline (+[protected]
who is smart and professional enough to either abscond from class Or appear and then tell it's my anniversary I can't take class, I am at poor network place and so on then having the odasity to keep on marking my child s attendance for 30+ classes.
I advise the team at planetspark to do not harrass parents like me who join you with hopes of skill enhancement of their ward then end up being baffled by your teachers and admin guys.

Planetspark cheated and not refunding the money

Planetspark looted us. they lured us to join the course and took almost 36000 and when we asked for refund they are not returning our money. they told if we dont want we can discontinue the course anytime and we get the money back to our account. Its been 6 months we discontinued the course. many calls and emails. even after that they are not returning our money. they say that we will get call in 2 days. everytime they say that. once they mentioned it is done. we will get the money back in few days in march. but that still did not happen. i am tired. i am not a working woman. my husband paid the money when i insisted. now me and my husband are having clashes because of planetspark. i am in lot of trauma. My ticket no. is Ticket - #64916 .

Refund issue - ticket no 96288
I enrolled in a course for my kid during the month of APR 2021 and we took 100 classes.
For 100 classes the payment would be INR 58182
I paid through 11 EMI[protected] per EMI).
I paid through payment link - 12422
So 50336+12422 = 62758 which means I paid 4576 extra to the planet spark they have to refund my money back.
For that the executives who are working there are dragging and never sortout this issue for almost 80 days..still they are saying after 24 hrs and dragging a lot to get my money in this pandemic situation...they are not at all giving escalation points..poor response. I need my money back..if there is anyway kindly help.
For 100 classes the payment would be INR 58182

Planetspark didn't refund
I joined my son in planetspark public speaking classes, but I am not satisfied their teaching. So, I sent a mail about cancellation. Still there is no response from them. Every month EMI is getting deducted. They told in the beginning that they will refund but they didn't . I want my refund back . Please take action before the other parents get suffered.

This is about my daughters's classes. i have discontinued the classes. as agreed during the registeration about complete refund of money i am suppose get refund for the balance classes which no body is responding.

Please do not get in to the trap of Planet Spark as they are only here to make money and nothing else
They make you to pay money / fee completely giving any discount and once you get in to this trap they relax and forget reason of taking money.
No quality training, No feedback, No response, No tracking, Tutors are easy and not serious ... Horrible in one word

Fraud company
There has been lot of issues since we have taken trial class from Planet sparks. They took money by financing a loan to me from their finance partner EarlySalary worth 65.4K INR and also took down payment worth 7.2K INR.
issue arrises when they started making things not simpler as they quoted incorrect fee details, unavailability of teachers and timing slots & when requested them to cancel my subscription, they are ignoring the calls now and being rude if they gets connected to a phone call.
I am really worried about my CIBIL as I am bound to cancel ENACH authorization from my bank to avoid monthly deductions of emis and would going to file a case if they are not going to refund the amount back to early salary and cancel my agreement with them and refund my down payment.
I have proof of their rudeness over call...

No EMI refund

I decided for not going ahead with planetspark classes in December first week, 2021. Our email to planetspark is on 8 th of December for the same. And as they had promised. They are supposed to refund money in one month in our respective bank account. It is the end of April 2022 and we have got only promises from planetspark's customer support after innumerable phone calls and other emails. I personally feel that they are using this online platform just for the sake of cheating people in the name of education. I would really not advise anyone to register their child for planetspark classes. We have lost a lot of money in exchange of no teaching for our child. This is TRUE and very serious.

While councelling, they have told to refund all the money including down payment. But somany followups they have not refund. Now they are telling that down payment is not refundable.

I am Triveni, I joined my daughter Nimisha in Planet spark in the month of May It went well for 3 months and since we are not satisfied with the mam(Aishwarya - [protected]) we requested for replacement of another mentor, I wait for 2 months for the new mam to take over the classes but it does not happen and I really fed up with followup's since 8 months.So now I wanted to go with the cancellation process. and please refund the money for the months which we did not attend the classes.

Money Fraud.

I joined PlanetSpark as a student from November 2021. After a month I realized that it's good for nothing, so I talked to their personnel to cancel the course. They said that the course will be canceled in December 2021. From the very first day it was decided that the fee would be deducted only when I pay it, it would not be automatically deducted from my account. But from 5th January 2022 without any reason the EMI started deducting and I was not attending any of their classes. I called them hundreds of times and sent many emails to them but no response has come from them, they always say, " They are working on it". It's been April 2022 and they are still working in an incompetent and irresponsible manner. Now I have to proceed legally against these fraudsters.

Service is not good. They do lot of fake promises
I am a parent because of covide situation I plan get admission in planetspark. The counselor name ayushi did lot of fake promises and asked for all the account details we provide the details and they started the class the teacher was just doing time pass with my kid after some month I planned not to continue the class. My husband spoke to the counselor name ayushi. We asked what ever the class is remaining you deducte money she said OK sir. And next day she started fooling us that all classes are done. When I spoke to the teacher named Sakshi Gardi she said very sorry mam classes are remain. 20 group and 9 classes we asked to deduct the money they didn't deducted. Lots of fake things they started saying. My husband called directly customer service. He said in system it is showing only 5 classes. They are hungry for money not for knowledge. Very poor service they provide and bad experiences Sakshi teacher and the counselor ayush is totally fake.

Planetspark has collected the due from me for the classes completed but they are not closing the loan taken in EDUVANZ

I had enrolled my daughter for Planetspark English classes. I couldn't afford the fees. Hence I had requested them to give EMI option and they arranged it through Eduvanz. My daughter completed 97 classes with Planetspark. After that due to offline school classes my daughter couldn't continue the classes hence we requested to opt out of the classes and on Jan 28th 2022 I've dropped a mail to Planetspark to discontinue the course. I contacted the Planetspark team and they calculated the the dues to be paid by me and I paid the same in February 2022. Since then i have been requesting them to close the loan with Eduvanz. But they are not closing the loan. Every month the EMI is getting deducted from my account. I contacted Eduvanz but they told me that Planetspark hasn't paid the dues to EDUVANZ, hence they won't be able to close until they receive the dues. I am stuck in between loosing the money. Kindly help me getting the loan closed through Planetspark and get back my refund.

Unprofessional and subpar services
I had purchased a plan which gave my 7 yo child 40 classes. They advertised a public speaking course but were teaching my child basic grammar and vocabulary, which my child is well-versed with for their age.
Additionally, My child attended classes but every week there was some issue with the teacher cancelling the class at the last moment due to electricity issues, last minute cancellation for religious holidays, etc.
They also billed me for more classes than had been given and when I provided a detailed accounting of same, they completely ignored the facts. This is a money hungry company with no sense of professionalism and provide sub sub sub par services (yes, that’s how bad it is).
They are also highly aggressive. When I told them I had canceled their services, a teacher kept messaging me to schedule further classses although I told her about the cancellation and my prior experience. They also keep emailing me. I’ve unsubscribed and blocked yet, I keep getting their emails.
Additionally, My child attended classes but every week there was some issue with the teacher cancelling the class at the last moment due to electricity issues, last minute cancellation for religious holidays, etc.

They are also highly aggressive. When I told them I had canceled their services, a teacher kept messaging me to schedule further classses although I told her about the cancellation and my prior experience. They also keep emailing me. I’ve unsubscribed and blocked yet, I keep getting their emails.

Fraud asking people to market for free
This company offers teaching jobs for public speaking excellence course. But in real they hire teachers for marketing purposes with lot of restrictions on them and give unknown numbers to be called for slot confirmation purpose .. which in real gives no positive outcome ending the teachers getting blocked as spam. Other thing is whatever there showing is not what they are giving .they make job seekers give tests sign agreements ask bank details n still no penny given back in return for any work or training they give.other thing they hire people to assist teachers which never give any response to their queries n just keep noticing them for different trainings on job.they are just wasting the time n energy of people under the title of giving work from home job

Fooling parents

I enrolled my son In the month of October. My son hardly attended about 4-5 classes but according to planet spark it was 10 classes. I don't want to argue about it.
My concern here is about tge refund. I requested for the refund, but they are just dragging the case and there is no refund initiated. I requested the refund in January, inspite of me calling 10 times no refund is initiated I just get confirmation mail stating that the amount will be refunded in 7-10 working days. These working days never come up.
Planet spark are making money by fooling customers. Never enroll hour child in it. Waste of time and money.
The money never comes back.

Waiting for refund since Nov 2015

I've enrolled my daughter into "Public Speaking & Creative Writing (Beginner) classes" with PlanetSpark.in in August, 2021.
Also, made the full payment of Rs. 36, 000.00/- on 1st Aug, 2021. Please find the attached screenshot confirming the payment.
As my daughter was not showing interest in the classes and also, not able to adjust the school timings, I've decided to cancel the enrolment. I've also contacted the account manager over phone indicating the cancellation on 18 Nov, 2021 at 15.12hrs and as per PlanetSpark policy had requested the refund o[censored]nattended classes.
Since then I've been keep following it up with PlanetSpark team to get my refund. There is no update till now.
Though I've created multiple tickets, a couple of tickets were resolved without any update/comment by Lakshay Khattar. I've also made an escalation at [protected]@planetspark.in. But, got no update.

I have joined my kid for spoken class in planets park. While join they forced me to pay 21, 000 on that day itself . I paid since they told me that refunding is possible if we dropped.
But after 10 class due to some personal issues we dropped from the class. December itself I requested for refund.
Each and every time they started saying some back end issue. Sometimes calls went without answer.

Cancellation of loan and refund
I enrolled for PlanetSpark public speaking classes for my daughter. Paid an Enrollment Fee of Rs 9000 through master card and signed up to pay Rs 100000 as Rs 4762 per month EMI through a loan provider they arranged by name of Gyandhan educational loan. All this was done with PlanetSpark promises that we can cancel the services at any point of time and the payment will be cancelled within 2 days, taking amount only for attended classes...now Miss Khushi Maheshwari and Mr. Abhishek Raj blocked my contact number...they are not responding to my messages and mailes.
Kindly do the needful.I am struggling from last 2 months

Planetspark Unable to reach anyone from PlanetSpark for cancellation of classes and refund. Loan amount is getting deducted ever

I have canceled classes from Planetspark on March 89h 2021, as my son was having health issues and the doctor had advised reducing all the screen time. I have availed loan from Early Salary for the classes taken from Planetspark.

Then I tried calling the counselor who had initially got us introduced to the program. He never picked our calls. Though he replied to WhatsApp message telling the Account Manager will take care. He then shared the Account Manager's mobile number. Also, I tried asking the Teacher for more contact details, but even she just had the counselor's mobile numbers only and didn't have any contact with the management.
The Account Manager's mobile number never works, and after 4 days we saw the Account Manager online on WhatsApp, though here network call never works. She replied back that she will discuss with the finance team and update us back the next day.
Now the same day we received an SMS alert from Early Salary on the next month's deduction amount. Then I called Early Salary, to see how to cancel or stop the loan deduction. The Early Salary representative replied that they didn't get any such info or request on the cancellation of the loan. And nothing can be done from my side as it needs to be closed properly from PlanetSpark only!
Now I try calling Counselor and the Account Manager no one picks the call. No idea how to proceed here. I'm stuck, and our hard-earned money is being looted. Don't know how to catch these guys!
Need to take proper action against these fraudsters.

I was a teacher with Planet Spark. And it pains me to read what these parents are going through. Believe me they do not give us the numbers of ANYBODY if we have any grievance. And we are paid peanuts for all the hard work we put in. This company will see doomsday soon...for taking innocent parents and teachers for a ride

Payments getting deducted despite cancellation of classes

I had enrolled my 2 kids for English classes.
Monthly fee was getting auto deducted from my account.
I stopped the classes more than 6 weeks ago, and informed them that I want to cancel the sessions. They said ok and informed that payment will not be deducted.. but every month the amount is getting auto deducted and if I don't keep sufficient balance, they bombard us with calls, emails and messages..
Repeated efforts to contact the executives concerned have failed..
Monthly fee was getting auto deducted from my account.
I stopped the classes more than 6 weeks ago, and informed them that I want to cancel the sessions. I am been fooled by Planet spark
I enrolled my daughter in planet spark class, Counseller was Yashdeep. Within a month I decided to quit but Planet spark never gave my refund back. I am daily following up at Customer care. Akash who is dealing my case never reverts and the response is he is always busy. I am single working mother and in financial crunches. My INR 25000 is stucked and I am really looking for help. I beg Planet Spark team to please refund my money, I am not taking services past from 1 month.
