Planetspark — Course Cancellation Request is not resolved for last 20 days

I have opted for an English course for my daughter on EMI basis which lent by EarlySalary. I was promised when I enrolled that I could cancel the course whenever I wanted, and the course will cancel and the money which EarlySalary has lent to Planet Spark will be returned and the course will be closed.
I have now lost my job after not being paid for more than 6 months. I am in a very bad shape now. So have been chasing so many people at planet spark to cancel the course. No satisfactory response. Renewals Manager who is answering has been telling that she is escalating the issue but no resolution. I have even reached out to Mr Kunal Malik - Founder of Planet Spark, who promised a solution, but nothing happened for 5 days now.
I have been getting abusive calls from EarlySalary saying that I have pay EMI with a hefty fine. In much advance I have intimated even Early Salary that I have lost job and I have cancelled the course and cannot pay EMIs anymore. They were saying that it is my responsibility to get an instruction/ response from Planet Spark to cancel the course, and they conveniently cannot do anything from their side.
I have never known EarlySalary myself, it is through planet spark, I came to know, and planet spark is the one who has orchestrated whole thing. Now EarlySalary is playing games saying they don't have any contact with PlanetSpark and torturing me saying I must go to Planet Spark's office in Haryana and get the instruction, if I am not getting the response from them and that my credit score is spoilt because of this. In the precarious situation I am in; the last thing I wanted is this insensitive harassment.
It is 20 days and no resolution, there are so may Planet Spark Employees, who are involved but nobody seems to do anything. Can someone kindly help?
