[Resolved]  Planetspark — Frauds

I enrolled my daughter for 165 sessions by Planetspark for a total fee of Rs92500. The fee was paid via Early Salary with a monthly EMI of Rs4410. After few classes, I was not satisfied with the progress and I decided to cancel further sessions in December. It took more than a month and many many follow ups to reach to the point where they gave me the payment link of Rs10279 to pay the outstanding amount for the sessions already taken and I was told that the EMIs will be stop.

All this was done by 20th Jan 2022 and I got a confirmation from Roshni Garg. But I could still see on Early Salary website the details about the EMI that is due and the balance. When I enquired about it, I was told by Roshni that they will be collating all the cancellation files and settling the Early Salary by end of the month and no EMI will be deducted. I was asked to ignore the messages and mails from early salary for time being.

I trust them as I thought they are a startup that is genuinely trying to stay in business. That's why I made the payment when Roshni send the link.

But on 1st Feb the EMI got deducted. I am trying to get in touch with them but LaKshay Khattar never replies to msg or answers the call. Roshni is not answering the call.

Now I feel like a fool who is paying the EMI to Early Salary and also paid additional 10 thousand to these fraud.

I want to get the refund and the account on Early Salary to be closed by PlanetSpark.

Should I register a police complaint against them for the same?
