Planetspark — I have paid advance amount for the course I have opted and emi has been Sheduled

I have opted planet spark for my 4 year old, where i have been promised they have expert who have expertise engaging the kid for the session, from 19th nov till 28th nov i have went for 3 demo classes and in all class my kid left within 15 minute, i have made a huge part of amount on 19th itself and rest opted for emi which is scheduled on 5th coming month.
i havent took a single class for my daughter and yet there is no response, the senior manager isnt answering calls, no response on email, im completely in dark whom to contact they are completely unprofessional.
