I took admission for my niece but later after payment they are responding i paid 50 k money also .
I told them i want to cancel this admission since then no reply from them even i am calling also no response from them...

On 12th Aug 2023 I got a call from "Planetspark" councilors' "shivani.[protected]@planetspark.in" & "Akash" from their Gurgaon office regarding online course for my daughter, they rushed me to take enrolment without giving me any time to think. Many times we have raised complaint to teacher & raised ticket on planet spark portal. But no corrective action happened from Planet Spark.

They made me make the payment on spot without giving much time to think. They also mentioned that they would refund the amount if if we didn't like it in the first 4 classes.
