Called us messaged us atleast 40 times .
talked sweet and nice and gave assurance of classes and charged the amount .

Once I enrolled the next minute he is not reachable, saying excuses he is busy .

My problem is quickly cancel my daughter's class and refund money....

A planned and systematic scam is going on in name of English education. Planetspark is a thug company with aim of trapping parents who want personality development and good English communication skills for their children.

They have hired bunch of good English speaking fraudster in their marketing team who are well trained in conducting aggressive marketing. They will influence you to take admission in English speaking course...

My course is cancelled since three month but don't get refund.

I have enrolled in course in January 2022. After three month classes raised course cancellation and loan cancellation of course on 1st may 2022. They stopped course class but still charging EMI via Early Salary. My Early Salary loan is still running. I contacted via email or call so many times but did not get any solution. Just giving me data & date. Also reached...

Joined the course for a 10th standard student, they were forcing to enroll aand when we delayed in taking up the course, they offered to take up 5 session and if we don't find it usefull they will refund the remaining amount. We have tired attending the session and found it meaningless and asked for the refund. They said they will refund the amount very soon and asked for the account details. But now they do not even reply or attend our calls....

I have enrolled my son for planetspark's public speaking classes and chose emi option for payment. But after 24 classes out of 60, the assigned teacher was no longer able to continue as they have not paid his salary. We no longer wanted to continue with other teacher and asked for refund and immediate stoppage of emi deduction in Jan 2022. In Feb 2022, I received a mail that my refund will be processed in 10 working days, yet my emi was deducted...

I enrolled my brother with Planetspark, because it was 1:1 live learning platform as my brother is preparing for IELTS and wanted to work on communication part.
But plan changed and we didn't wanted to continue with the course as it wasn't required now.
So I contacted the counselor, and he said he has left the organization, we need to contact the customer support and assigned manager,

We enrolled for PlanetSpark public speaking classes for our kid. Paid an Enrollment Fee of Rs 9000 through credit card and signed up to pay Rs 87600 as Rs 4171 per month EMI through a loan provider they arranged by name of EarlySalary.

All this was done with PlanetSpark promises that we can cancel the services at any point of time and the payment will be cancelled within 2 days, taking amount only for attended classes.

I enrolled my daughter for 165 sessions by Planetspark for a total fee of Rs92500. The fee was paid via Early Salary with a monthly EMI of Rs4410. After few classes, I was not satisfied with the progress and I decided to cancel further sessions in December. It took more than a month and many many follow ups to reach to the point where they gave me the payment link of Rs10279 to pay the outstanding amount for the sessions already taken and...

I have opted for an English course for my daughter on EMI basis which lent by EarlySalary. I was promised when I enrolled that I could cancel the course whenever I wanted, and the course will cancel and the money which EarlySalary has lent to Planet Spark will be returned and the course will be closed.
I have now lost my job after not being paid for more than 6 months. I am in a very bad shape now. So have been chasing so many people...

I am writing to formally request a refund for the amount paid 60000(sixty thousand)towards communication skills program. My enrollment ID is 1331384 .

However, due to dissatisfaction with service, I decided to request a refund as per the **refund policy** outlined on your website. I have already attempted to resolve this matter by reaching out to customer support via calls/emails, but I have not received any response or satisfactory resolution.

I request immediate action on this refund request, failing which I may be compelled to escalate the matter to **consumer forums** or take legal action under the **Consumer Protection Act**. Kindly process my refund within 5 days and confirm via email at [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com

I hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Please acknowledge receipt of this letter at the earliest.

These people are scammers and are only marketing to push the sales on it. However once enrolled, we see the teachers selection was poor and not satisfied and hence requested them to withdraw from the course, from then there has been no response and communication from them. We have been trying to contact him thru all means and no response so far. Requesting all the parents to not get into this [censored] organization. Please save your time and money elsewhere.

Hello Sir, Sales guys did awesome job in convincing me to pay full amount $1250, they promised me I will get refund any time if I don't like with prorated basis. After 5 classes ( and 1 demo ) I realized that these classes will not help my son as there are no proper moderation in practice class and there is no one to guide kid to perform on practice classes so, I have asked for refund but there is one answer questions for several weeks by customer service and also from advisor. After several weeks I the advisor told he left company and other advisor tool several weeks and finally told that said I signed contract that after 5 class no refund. They have strict rules for customer, but they don't have any rules or penalties if they don't provide service and make false promises. I see there are many complaints on this company most of the companies are cheated in same fashion. please help me.

I made an online payment of Rs.36450 on 13 June 2024 to Planet Spark, it provides online classes on public speaking, before paying the fees, i was promised customized classes as per the child's availability and schedule but once i made the payment, it turned out to be a different story.it was highly mismanaged and disorganized, i had to make repeated calls to schedule classes as per my child's routine. The practice classes couldn't be taken or rescheduled due to the company being mismanaged and absolutely disorganized. i wrote several emails, which were responded to, by automatic responses. i made several calls but those numbers became invalid. The contact number on their website is also invalid.it has been an ordeal and a horrifying experience. as nothing was going as per the initial promises made, i sent an email asking for a full refund, nobody reached out to me. as the amount was big and i didn't know what to do, i contacted my bank and raised a dispute and also filed a complaint on cybercrime cell as per the bank's advise. the bank has been provided with the relevant and the required documents that were asked for. i need to bring this issue to consumer forum because of the mental harassment caused and breach of contract at their end. They need to be reprimanded and this needs to be ensures that other innocent parents don't fall prey to this trap.

As per their agreements and details, one can have 5 classes each of performance + practice + learning. And I have only consumed 4 learning, 1 practice and 1 performance.
And also mailed for the discontinuation on Feb 29th. But they didn't cancel the programme and even started deducting my EMI's. And not even cancelling the program and refunding. They are big frauds, never to fall in their trap.

I enrolled my Daughter (5th grade) for public speaking 1-1 online class on 21st Dec 2023, during the time of enrollment planetspark counselor(Abhijeet) told me that I can cancel the subscription before my 5th class and my daughter has attended only 2 classes. After that 2 classes, she and i have realized that their customer support is pathetic and also their Portal User interface is not good giving bad request pages (Page not displayed).And their course curriculum designed is not at all good. So i have raised these concerns to the support team on January 1st week, 2024 and they are least bothered and delaying the issue.I have attached the proofs.

In Jan, 2024, I have submitted ticket to their support team asking for enrollment cancellation and to initiate course fee refund. After so much delay, planetspark manager ( Prince) has called me last Saturday and saying
am wasting their time and forcing me to continue with the classes and also insisting me to sponsor this membership to my LKG kid. They are still delaying the refund and its been almost a month

This tells they are doing business and not the public speaking courses. Please help.

I have taken admission for online course with Planetspark, and they have (WINSPARK INNOVATIONS LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED) tie-up with Bajaj finance for loan.

I have taken a loan from bajaj finance, but planetspark is a third class company and now I had cancelled the admission and now they are refuse to cancel and told me that refund is not possible for 2:1 class.

However during enrolment meeting they told me if you don't like this class you can cancel the admission and they never told me that refund is not possible for 2:1 class. Not only this I have taken a admission for 1:1 they only they suggest me to go for 2:1.

This planetspark is fraud company and cheated so many peoples, you can check customers review on their site.

Can you help me to resolve this and refund from Bajaj finance since they are asking for cancellation invoice and planetspark is even not responding to any email.

I have told them multiple time stop the course since 4 month they stopped picking phone not refunding money and not stopping emi

Sir, I had enrolled my daughter in 4 classes in Planet Spark, her enrollment ID is 56865 or I had enrolled on 2nd December 2023 but our daughter refused after doing only 2 classes. During this time, we contacted customer support of Planet Spark. But we sent a mail to cancel the class and stop the refund and EMANDATE. We had sent this mail on 13 December 2023 whose ticket number is 169835. Till now our daughter's class has not been canceled nor has our money been refunded. I have made the down payment for it. 9400 and Emandate of ₹ 85120 was made and we did not know anything about it and while making the payment, our daughter's counselor Piyush Pandey had told that if there is any problem in future, your money will be refunded immediately but right now Till now no mail has been received regarding this, neither has our money been refunded nor has our daughter's class been cancelled. Whenever we send a mail, we do not even get a reply to the mail. Our money has not been refunded yet. Neither has our Emandate been cancelled. Please help us.

On oct 27 2023 I enrolled in a course "Public speaking and creative writing" from www.planetspark.in for my daughter.
Their executive Govind Bajpai([protected]@planetspark.in) contacted me for a demo session and interaction with the kid .
And on oct 29 around 7.45 PM they have scheduled a meeting with us, in that meeting Fayieez ([protected]@planetspark.in) also joined later.
When they asked me to do the payment I refused to do so as I have to check for other options. But they were rushing me to do the payment by saying they have to do same day enrolment . And they have sent
an email stating the following option.

“Observation Period: 5 1:1 + 5 International Practice Session.
If you want to cancel the course within this timeline. All the EMIs would be stopped. “

Also the same was confirmed over the meeting that I can cancel the course within this 1 observation period and it will stop all the EMI.

The course total cost was 73875/ And this was converted into debit card EMI for 12 months. I have made the transaction through a gateway called ShopSe.

After the enrolment I have understood that the classes are just average and it’s not going to work for my kid and I have sent an email to them to cancel the course and stop the EMI on Nov 20, 11:30 AM . Service request raised in their system: 166616 and 166419

After many days of follow up, their Finance team contacted me and said that there are certain cancellation charges as per their policy and the demo classes are also chargeable!!
When I said that these cancellation policies or charges were not explained to me anywhere in written or oral and I have not agreed for this anytime during the enrolment.
And the reply was very surprised and rude that it's my mistake that I did not check it !! I have never agreed anywhere for the cancellation charges/policy during the enrolment.
I have called Govind Bajpai and he agreed that we refund the amount for whatever classes in prorate based charges with me

They are doing this intentionally to the customers, giving false commitment to the customers during enrolment.
And when customers reach them to cancel the course blaming the customer by saying it's your mistake you came to Planetspark and we did not come to you !

Before the enrolment I have rejected the calls from sales team many time and they were forcing me to attend the session and they took more than 3 Hrs of our time and entire family was stuck because of this .
And later they are saying It's my mistake I have reached them .

This is very clear that they are trapping the customers and making money

I am loosing my hard earned money for nothing, I am undergoing a lot of mental stress because of this and spending my valuable office hours to follow up with them.
My kid has not attended any session from them and not going to use their service any more .

I have had horrible experience trying to get my refund. They stated that I can get refund of the amount that I paid, if I didn't like the classes at any given point. I ask them for refund after initial classes. They are not issuing the refund saying I donot meet the company internal criteria for refund. None of that was told during the initial admission process. They make you decide and pay the fees everything during a single phone call. I hope nobody makes the same mistake of trusting them againHe is just 9 years old and she has no time to relax coming frm school and she fell sick due to her hectic pressure on her and we also got some finanical problems and requested to stop EMI till now we took only one class after so many mails and phone calls they are telling it is not possible to stop EMI.

Total fraudsters... At the time of counselling & enrollment, they made the wrong promises, they will say yes to everything you say. But after the payment, if you try to call the counselor or his BDM, they will not pick up your calls.. Even if you messaged him, they blocked you. Employees are very unprofessional. Due to their wrong promises, I had to suffer a loss of a lot of money. For this I have a complaint in consumer court as well as planning for legal action. Whatever commitment these people make, they break it within the next 7 days. These people concentrate only on presenting their views, they do not even try to listen to you. Very unprofessional behavior. The final conclusion is that these people cheated on me. One of the employee called and ask delete that review we will solve your problem after deleting that one more employee called and telling it is not possible because you took EMI option so we already paid to the bank so customer has to pay total amount without taking classes and he speaks very rudely to me

Had opted for a public speaking course for my daughter on October 10th and after reading reviews from multiple parents decided to cancel the subscription right away. Unfortunately had made a full payment of 91000 Rs.
When i contacted planet spark on refund then they showed the terms and conditions and told that i will only get 67000Rs out of 91000. Since there is no choice i agreed for the refund and still waiting for the same from past two months. The worst case is the only way to reach planetspark is through email for which there is only one response which keeps saying the refund will be processed in 60 days.

They took money and not providing classes not refunding . they charged entire amount as auto debt EMI . Please stop them immediately

My name is Vikrant Kumar. My ICICI bank account no. is[protected]. I am using HPCL Coral ICICI Credit Card no. [protected]. Kashik Baglwan (Academics & Counselings Expert, PlanetSpark) have attanded online session with us. He said me that He will start online class and course fee 46, 566 rs was deduct through EMI every month from my ICICI credit card after all discussion he was send me one link through whatsapp and I have done one my transaction from my Credit Card to PlanetSpark. I have selected option month basis EMI deduct from my ICICI Credit card to PlanetSpark on dated on 28/10/2023 but Planetspark has been transfer all course fee 46, 566 RS, dated 28/10/2023, Payment Id: MtqO7Z1AX46UCH from my icici credit card in one time but I am not selected option to transfer all payment in one time. Mr. Kashik Baglwan was fraud person and he was deduct my all payment in one time. I have sent email many times to PlanetSpark also call to customer care of PlanetSpark as well as many time to call Mr. Kashik Baglwan. They are not pick my phone and not given any response and also not refund my payment. So, kindly refund all payment from PlanetSpark. `

Complaint against PlanetSpark (www.planetspark.in)

Enrollment on 7 Aug 2023 with my son - Hriday Patil, later demo classed with other teacher but not satisfied.
Raised enrollment cancellation request / call with counselor Shubhi Tripathi shubhi.[protected]@planetspark.in but denied.
Sent 16 Gentle reminder for cancellation request but no response.

As per PlanetSpark online page parents cancel before 15 class but we have not joined any class.

Request to refund my amount (POC - arham.[protected]@planetspark.in, [protected]@planetspark.in)

I had enrolled my kid in planetspark one month before but till now classes have not been started and no response from the team, let better start the classes or refund me back immediately.
