Planetspark — Planet Spark Mandate cancellation

We enrolled our child naming Vishavdeep singh chauhan of 6th standard in Planet Spark in November 2023.
They assure us to fulfill our child's upliftment in his study and to develop his speaking proficiency and skills in their course.
We paid them Rs 3500+3500 = Rs. 7000 for Two Months classes and activated Emandate online for further classes.
They promise us that if They fails to satisfy us towards my child's study and speaking skills, the mandate could be cancelled any time.
Now, in Jan 2024, we mailed to Planet Spark to cancel the mandate due to dissatisfactory curricullum towards my child classes.
by the end, they waisted our child's previous time.
hence, Planet Spark's curricullum (digila product) is just waste of time and money, its not worth.
We want to cancel the mandate of PNb bank account and Want the refund of Rs. 7000.
