My course is cancelled since three month but don't get refund.

I have enrolled in course in January 2022. After three month classes raised course cancellation and loan cancellation of course on 1st may 2022. They stopped course class but still charging EMI via Early Salary. My Early Salary loan is still running. I contacted via email or call so many times but did not get any solution. Just giving me data & date. Also reached to PS top level CEO and emailed but not get any benefit.

Please be careful before spending money on such type of platform. Don't believe their commitment.

Note: I raised one complaint earlier on this platform but mark that resolved because one of executive gave me promise to resolve this in 25 days and She said please mark your complaint as resolved. Please don't get in trap of this.
