I have enrolled for my son and daughter for 365 classess (dedicated teacher - 1 hr) with an amount of Rs.120000/-. EMI option is there for 21 months with Rs.5715/-.
As part of their process, we need to pay two months of EMI in advance and remaining 19 months will be paid in the the form of ECS mode. To process, they asked my Pancard, Aadhar card and cancelled cheque.
Unfortunately, I got two EMI's started from March 1) Eduvantz Finance for a monthly EMI as Rs.5715/- and 2) EarlySalary for Rs.6000/-, I reported it to Palnetspark Marketing team - Rohan Jaiswal and Aditi Sharma, who were enrollinng me into it but i am didnt get any response or support, Finally I was able to connect with Nikhil Garg (Finance team- Planetspark) and he mentioned that both are partners of Planetspark. Based on Nikhil Garg (Finance Team- Planetspark) suggestion and my HDFC bank Relationship manager, I have blocked the Cheque for further deducation.
Now, EarlySalary team is follwoing up for the payment and also my CIBIL record is showing defaulter.
How I can be liable for a loan of Rs.108000/- from Earlysalary. Please investigate and address it with high priority.
