Registered a one-one course 'public speaking and creative writing' for my 11 year child
There are 160 classes and after 85 classes, there is no progress in child development and asked planet spark to cancel this course and refund the balance. Did several follows and created 3 tickets. But no response from them.

Cancellation of Admission for my Kids ( From last 90 days)
I had taken admission in Planet Spark and after attending 6 sessions I had requested them to cancel the admission. I have informed early salary that I have cancelled the admissions to stop the EMI, so as per that I have cancelled the ECS from my bank account. After that Early Salary informed me that they need mail confirmation from planet spark. Raised the concerns with planet spark they informed me that not to attend the calls from Early Salary because the process was supposed to take 28 days but since it has been over 90 days Planet Spark senior officials didnt respond to Early Salary People nor to my emails Ticket 105575 also has been raised for cancellation of admission.
Early Salary people are continously harassing me and they are calling and threating me and my family members by giving bad words. Today the person from Early Salary who informed that his name is Vinod ([protected]) called me and hacked my contact list also he used bad words against my family members and also informed that he is going to call him and harass all of them.

It is more than 1 month, multiple calls and follow up done; The bank is charging us for the course.
The fraud continues, I had been charged for the month of September 5K additional. While I raised ticket one month back ( August). Even after posting ticket and review; The ask me to delete post. I doubt their credibility, uploading their response after 1 month.
This company is a big fraud; Once you register and if you are dissatisfied there is no way you can contact them or they would not cancel the course; They would continuously charge and IVR would not respond; Multiple tickets raised is not resolved;

Refund for cancelled course
The trial session and the demo was well sold and a no issues refund policy was discussed on the call, however after few sessions my daughter realised this was not right for her. I have been trying to get the refund for over 2 months and am not getting anywhere. The customer service team do not respond.

I stopped taking classes in Aug and asked for cancellation and refund but they stopped taking our calls and not imitating saying the refund process. Fraud and scam they are doing...

Poor teaching

At the time of registration we have many commitments and harm welcome classes but after a month I realized that nothing going on only teacher is coming showing stories and she was covering her one hour time. I observed for two months after that I report this issue to class teacher as well as on counseling person named Suman. Now it's hight while I put mail week ago no one is responding to my mail or call and today emi hits while I stopped classes.

I have enrolled my daughter in their classes after a very warm orientation session and a demo class. The instructor was very irregular. We patiently waited and saw 3 months but realized it was not worth the money. So we politely requested them to stop on june 30th. No response till date. Whats worse, they charged me for 2 months and will be auto debiting for the 3rd month in a day. They raised a ticket but wont bother to work on it. There is a customer support number and it never connects. There is a wait time of 5-7 mins and then disconnects. The teacher whose number is the only contact that we had, blocked mine and my husband's number so that we dont contact him. There was a feedback call after a month our girl stopped attending classes as to why we weren't taking. Once we explained our intention to stop, the person who contacted stopped responding.
This is just a scam organization to loot money. Have never seen a class that can fail in so many ways and still keep charging me.

Refund not issued even after 2months
Refund not issued even after 2months, when ever we call them, they say it is in process. We had very bad experience with Planet spark. They will be nice until you pay full money for 60 to 160 classes. Once you are done with your full payment you will be in their hands. We tried mailing them many times for refund but just no use.

I enrolled my daughter for 4 months course in PlanetSpark in July. They gave us only 8 classes after that they stopped the services. When I tried to contact them, they are not answering phone calls. Please don't enroll your kid and waste your money in this course, it's totally fake. It's my personal experience.

Really very bad experience with Planetspark.
After cancellation of classes in December 2021, i asked for refund.
They told me to provide bank details.
I provided bank details on 15th Dec 2021. They informed me that money will be refunded within 5-7 days, but it has been 8 months now NO refund received.
I called them multiple time and tried to follow-up by sending emails to [protected]@planetspark.in....

They have the poorest customer service. We had requested for cancellation almost month back, we are still waiting for response. No body is bothering to take up our refund matter. Please don’t fall in their sales trap.

I have taken finance from early salary for seeking admissions in Planet Spark.
I had requested to cancel admission of my kids on 09 June 2022.
During that time it was informed that it is going to take 28 days.
But after 28 days nothing is happened and they still haven't cancelled admission
Since from last many days I am sending email to planet spark
there AVP (Rohit Suri) and Finance Teams (Prateek. S ) and Coordinator (Khushi Kanodia)

Complaint marked as Resolved Every time I was getting false commitments that after 28 days it is going to get resolved. But nothing has happened.
After 28 days when called again got the same answer that finance team is working on it.Whenever when you call the customer care they give the same answers.
From last many days I am asking to share the contact details of Finance Teams and AVP (Rohit Suris number).But nobody is sharing that number,
I have called coordinator multiple times but didn't receive my calls.
Lots of emails also have send to there AVP Rohit Suri but nothing is working.

Also I can see that many people have registered complaints against them bcoz there issues are also very simliar to me.

Our Indian Government has to take action against such cheaters... Please forward this case to any MPs or MLAs...Let them speak in the parliament. We have to book the case and CBI raid also required.

They have to poorest customer service. We had requested for cancellation almost month back, we are still waiting for response on ticket ID 115086. No body is bothering to take up our refund matter for Child ID201552. Please don’t fall in their sales trap.

Planetspark discontinued the class not refunded the amount. This is a fake organization. Initially told. 1:1 class after making payment they demanding more amount, in the name of on line classes company taking money only.
Thanks Team Planet spark! My issue stands resolved. I hope company will work towards to raise service bars am creating satisfactory journey for customers.

I took a 6 month course for my daughter. I asked them that I will pay monthly but the counsellor insisted me to pay via credit card so that they can get the full 6 month amount together. They told me that if I don't like the course they will refund me. Now, I have asked them to refund my money, but they are not responding at all. I have called them so many times but i have not received a single call from them. It seems their work is just to grab money. Please help me to get my refund.

PlanetSpark is not upto the mark and they are never going to refund your money
PlanetSpark is the most horrible customer service I have seen in online education industry. It is just an unethical company parents, don't fall for their ads. That is all BS. They will get you to sign up, pay but if you say that the program is not upto the mark and that you need refund for rest of the classes, they will start ignoring you and even go the extent that they will calculate per class amount as double of what you paid and trying to run away by refunding very little amount. Just because of planetspark, I will not sign up my kids in any online class, Planetspark trumps my credibility in online format. This company should leave the industry.

Refund not done despite class discontinued - fake promises - planetspark
I had discontinued a course in July 2022. However, the ECS automatic debit is not stopped. I had called Planetspark 20 times and raised more than 15 tickets. They said their Finance Team will call back but till now there is no response. This is totally unprofessional and unethical behavior from PlanetSpark.

They show so much interest in getting into their course registration and once done they never give proper education and when we ask for refund they will never give any answer. From June i am trying to get my refund but never got it back. Such a worst company

We had very bad experience with Planet spark. They will be nice until you pay full money for 165 classes. Once you are done with your full payment you will be in their hands. We tried mailing them many times for refund but just no use and they would request to delete bad review remarks from google and said that they would refund with in 1-2 days but they would not. Just please stop doing all these cheap tricks. Parents be aware of this before joining your kids.

My child did not have any classes. Just had 3 classes in the span of 4 months- May 2022 to August 2022. We requested for cancellation and refund on Aug 2. The only response we got was that some one would be contacting us. But no one called us back so far. We were given a ticket number to track, but we cannot find that ticket when we login to our account.

We discontinued classes in the month of March. We had opted for emi.we discontinued classes in the month of March as we were not happy with their service. we asked them to stop emi also still they haven't stopped and of we stop it it will affect our sibil rating.so we called and asked them n mailed them more than ten times .no response from them .

The course is substandard in quality . This is a thug company. While signing ypu up they tell you if you are not happy you can cancel with no questions asked and get refund for classes not taken. But they do not refund any money. I have been following up with them since 10th May 2022 for aa refunf they only commit that it will be processed in 2 days or 1 week. In fact when you cancel they don't even inform the loan company which debits EMIS from your account every month . Never enroll your child into their program. I have had the bitter experience. Only parents who have no knowledge about English feel that their course is terrific. It is the most substandard thing being sold with false claims

PlanetSpark - Money not refunded after discontinuing

I was told that the money will be refunded on discontinuation of the class. I had to discontinue my daughter's class but the customer support does not seem to be responsive enough to refund the money. I have exchanged a few emails, sent text messages to the concerned people, but no refund so far. It has been more than a week.

Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted planet spark support using the email address [email protected]. I had several follows ups and the Ticket #115511 was created. This was ticket was marked as resolved with another ticket included in the resolution. The new ticket is not trackable.
I contacted the US phone number +14012711110. This number appears in their website upon login. Nobody answers this phone during PDT daytime and the call just disconnects.
The issue is not resolved yet.

A planned and systematic scam is going on in name of English education. Planetspark is a thug company with aim of trapping parents who want personality development and good English communication skills for their children.
They have hired bunch of good English speaking fraudster in their marketing team who are well trained in conducting aggressive marketing. They will influence you to take admission in English speaking course...
