I have taken finance from early salary for seeking admissions in Planet Spark.
I had requested to cancel admission of my kids on 09 June 2022.
During that time it was informed that it is going to take 28 days.
But after 28 days nothing is happened and they still haven't cancelled admission
Since from last many days I am sending email to planet spark
there AVP (Rohit Suri) and Finance...

They have to poorest customer service. We had requested for cancellation almost month back, we are still waiting for response on ticket ID 115086. No body is bothering to take up our refund matter for Child ID201552. Please don’t fall in their sales trap....

I took a 6 month course for my daughter. I asked them that I will pay monthly but the counsellor insisted me to pay via credit card so that they can get the full 6 month amount together. PlanetSpark is the most horrible customer service I have seen in online education industry. It is just an unethical company parents, don't fall for their ads. That is all BS. They will get you to sign up, pay but if you say that the program is not upto the mark and that you need refund for rest of the classes, they will start ignoring you and even go the extent that they will calculate per class amount as double of what you paid and trying...

I had discontinued a course in July 2022. However, the ECS automatic debit is not stopped. I had called Planetspark 20 times and raised more than 15 tickets. They said their Finance Team will call back but till now there is no response. This is totally unprofessional and unethical behavior from PlanetSpark....

They show so much interest in getting into their course registration and once done they never give proper education and when we ask for refund they will never give any answer. From June i am trying to get my refund but never got it back. Such a worst company...

We had very bad experience with Planet spark. They will be nice until you pay full money for 165 classes. Once you are done with your full payment you will be in their hands. We tried mailing them many times for refund but just no use and they would request to delete bad review remarks from google and said that they would refund with in 1-2 days but they would not. Just please stop doing all these cheap tricks. Parents be aware of this before...

My child did not have any classes. Just had 3 classes in the span of 4 months- May 2022 to August 2022. We requested for cancellation and refund on Aug 2. The only response we got was that some one would be contacting us. But no one called us back so far. We were given a ticket number to track, but we cannot find that ticket when we login to our account....

We discontinued classes in the month of March. We had opted for emi.we discontinued classes in the month of March as we were not happy with their service. we asked them to stop emi also still they haven't stopped and of we stop it it will affect our sibil rating.so we called and asked them n mailed them more than ten times .no response from them ....

The course is substandard in quality . This is a thug company. While signing ypu up they tell you if you are not happy you can cancel with no questions asked and get refund for classes not taken. But they do not refund any money. I have been following up with them since 10th May 2022 for aa refunf they only commit that it will be processed in 2 days or 1 week. In fact when you cancel they don't even inform the loan company which debits EMIS...

I was told that the money will be refunded on discontinuation of the class. I had to discontinue my daughter's class but the customer support does not seem to be responsive enough to refund the money. I have exchanged a few emails, sent text messages to the concerned people, but no refund so far. It has been more than a week.

A planned and systematic scam is going on in name of English education. Planetspark is a thug company with aim of trapping parents who want personality development and good English communication skills for their children.

They have hired bunch of good English speaking fraudster in their marketing team who are well trained in conducting aggressive marketing. They will influence you to take admission in English speaking course...

I was requested by Planetspark sales team to opt for zero EMI option still interest was getting deducted on my by enrolled credit card. I had enrolled my twins Yash & Anish for their personality development course.
They had assured me that they will refund the money back in case we are not interested without asking any further questions, its been more than a month I had requested to stop the course and refund my money back, every time I call customer care it will go to voice mail, once in a blue moon they receive the call they tell me the course is stopped...

Fraud company. Registered my child for summer camp and english course but lots of issues and classes were not happening. Requested for cancellation and now stuck. Struggling since more than a month to get the refund. Stay away folks...

I had taken a course from PlanetSpark for my son (9 years) in May/2022 and had to cancel the course on 30/June/2022 which I had informed PlanetSpark in writing (see email attached) and also by calling them. When we had taken this course they insisted that we take a loan of 76, 000 rupees from Early Salary (loan provider) as it will be convenient for them to setup a direct debit on my bank account. They are not cancelling the course. Initially they make lot of promises and said if we want to cancel it will be done without any difficulty. But not cancelled my course after two months. It's a fraud company. Customer support people are useless with same scripted responses. Don't enrol your child. Beware....

I have enrolled my kids in planet spark classes but they are not taking classes now. they have taken full amount of rs. 1.10 lac in the month of March 2022. when i asked them to cancel the course and return my money. they have blocked my and my family's number. they are not responding and my money is stuck....

PlanetSpark is a fraud company. Please please refrain from enrolling your child to planet spark program. After getting all the money upfront for 2 years, they will have issue with matching time for teachers. Additionally, the teachers are mediocre. And on top of that when asked for refund, they will simply stop responding. I have been behind them for a refund of 80k for past 5 months now.

Please do a favor and enroll somewhere...

The refund ticket was raised 103820 and Umam Khan ( umam.[protected]@planetspark.in) who is handling the US escalations is assigned to the ticket to initiate the refund . For last 1 month she is not responding to the emails calls and messages . I paid the full amount and they told me that at any point if I am not satisfied with the service, they will provide the refund.

I was nicely introduced to a lady named Shreya who was their councellor in facing off direct clients like me . Then was roped into a conversation with their so called Ceo, then their daily co ordinator Garima Dhameja .

Joined the course for a 10th standard student, they were forcing to enroll aand when we delayed in taking up the course, they offered to take up 5 session and if we don't find it usefull they will refund the remaining amount. We have tired attending the session and found it meaningless and asked for the refund. They said they will refund the amount very soon and asked for the account details.
