My kid was registered for English course so called in planet spark .

Called us messaged us atleast 40 times .
talked sweet and nice and gave assurance of classes and charged the amount .
Once I enrolled the next minute he is not reachable, saying excuses he is busy .
2. Planet spark customer care is there wow that’s another big fraud customer care
They took class 1 st day for short time and that’s it they are gone
3.when I ask for refund they said ( see attached ) same day refund, when I asked customer card they said might take 60 days or more or you might not get it.
They are like who cares after you enroll .
My question to society or to honorable education ministers or contacts who can help us.. who will fix this issues ..
who is going to sue this company?
When would I get my refund ?
Why their is a if racket of fraud people in this company ?
Who is the voice of raising all this and solving us ..
Please please help me
