Planetspark — Refund of fees - Course is Cancelled

Hi Team,

I would like to cancel the enrollment here and refund the same. I'm not happy and satisfied with the service and classes

Overall there is a huge communication gap and no proper response from any coordinator.. I have been initiating calls for every time but there is no call back and after multiple follow-ups they are giving call back. Whatever they promise is not being carried out, it's just orally they say it's going to be done.

I have enrolled on 9th of April, have asked for a learning plan change because during initial discussion and what is being assigned classes were different.
My expectation out of this course and classes assigned was different - they have told me in the backend they are going to update and be done but still not done.
Everyday class I'm not getting any updates and I need to follow up with the teacher or co -Ordinator. When I call up for some updates, he is busy and the call back did not happen.. and he gives some other person in spite of dropping a text or calling him there is no response at all..

It's hard-earn money, Kindly request you to cancel my enrollment and refund the same, maybe for 2 classes he attended you can deduct and refund the same..

Highly appreciate your input and action to cancel enrollment asap,

I can send a few screenshots on how many times I've tried contacting them with absolutely no response from the respective person.
I've been sending emails but no response from anybody, please help to refund asap
