Planetspark — Refund of money

Joined the course for a 10th standard student, they were forcing to enroll aand when we delayed in taking up the course, they offered to take up 5 session and if we don't find it usefull they will refund the remaining amount. We have tired attending the session and found it meaningless and asked for the refund. They said they will refund the amount very soon and asked for the account details. But now they do not even reply or attend our calls. Even our EMI gets deducted every month. We need our hard earned money back. Let them take their money for the no of classes taken. They should not be stealing our hard earned money without providing service which we don't need.
