Planetspark — Regarding cancelling my subscription

I enrolled my son Agastya Singh Songera (enrollment number- #38995) with planetspark and statrted classes with Date of first class: 09 Feb 2023. As due to my pregnancy and it's related complications I am not physically and mentally in a state to continue classes. I raised ticket to cancel my EMI payment but still no response. My son took last class on Planetspark on 15 May 2023.

As i received call from one of representative, she informed me I can't cancel my membership, I have no choice but just to hold the classes. So in Summary, I can just continue paying without attending any classes. This clause never shred with me during trial class, rather I was told I can cancel classes any time in future.
After complaining through raise tickets still no solution provided from company.
