I joined my kid Aman 50338 on August 8th after attending demo class in July. Before joining into planetspark they convinced me to try for 5 demo classes, if we do not satisfy they informed to refund full amount. After attending 4 classes I felt it was not that good to pay 96, 000/-. So I decided to withdraw from planetspark. They didn't respond properly finally I have got allotted to attend video call after 20 days and submitted request to cancel my subscription. Then they said cancellation charges 15perc and for each class 800 plus GST.. finally I may get around 66, 000 they said.. i informed them, you didn't say all this before joining. They replied this is the process would like to cancel or not. I do not have any other option. And they said all this process will take 45 to 60 days. Already 2 months passed.. still no response from them.. I lost almost my one month salary without any use. I'm going file a case if they do not refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
