Platinum Service — Complaining about fraud company and refund money | |||||
Last day was 18th May one call had came from there told me that you are good customer for Axis Bank and good maintained your credit cards so you are eligible for money card where every shopping you will get cashback, then holiday packages, health checkup etc. So for that only you will pay Rs.8990/- and get benefits lifetime free.Then after many requests from the caller i paid full amount from my credit cards, after 5 hours later when I search company details I am very upset. Then I call credit card customer care and blocked my card and request to he plz cancelled my last payments then he told me taken a complain register and within 10 days he will get answers from higher authorities after the investigation.
