I was called by these platinum service people saying there is tie up with kotak mahindra Bank by providing there customers such an amazing offer . At a minimal amount as they also mentioned my account and credit card that I had so I believed them . But when I received the package i used the card and was told this was fraud. So I want you guys to take action against these people and have my money refunded to me or given back to me.
