With reference to the above subject matter we would like to intimate you that we had invested in M/s. Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd. -Fixed Deposit, A B Road, Manglia, Indore, Madhya Pradesh-453771 (Tel:[protected],[protected], Fax:[protected] as per the following details. The FDR has already matured in the month of July’2014 and the company is neither paying the maturity amount nor replying. I have written several letters to Mr. Shashi Kant Patel, Chairman & Managing Director,
Of this company as well as to the company law board, New Delhi. Now I am directed to correspond to you. The details of the FDR’S are as below;-
(1). F.D.R. (Cumulative) Receipt no.- 8430 - issue date 07/07/2011 for Rs.35, 000/= and maturity amount Rs.49, 902/= date 07/07/14, interest @ 12.5% issued on the name of NAMITA ARYA for a period of three years.
(2). F.D.R. (Cumulative) Receipt no.- 8429 - issue date 07/07/2011 for Rs.35, 000/= and maturity amount Rs.49, 902/= date 07/07/14, interest @ 12.5% issued on the name of MILAP CHAND ARYA for a period of three years.
The above mentioned FDR’s has been sent to the company registrar by registry no.[protected] dated;- 02.07.14. Therefore we request you to take appropriate action and get deposited a redemption amount along with till-date interest through NEFT/RTGS in our account’s as per the following details;-

I want to inform you as under;-
(i). My wife is suffering from HyperTension and serious diseases and my treatment is going on. I have to pay a big amount for my treatment.
(ii). I have been retired from service & now a senior citizen. I had invested all my retirement benefits in these F.D.R’s for different intervals so that I could be able to meet my day to day expenses. Now I am penniless and borrowed the money for my survival.
(iii). I have to pay the fee of my son and daughter for higher education after every six month @ Rs. 2.00 Lacks.
These F.D.R’s have already matured. They have neither paid me any interest nor the maturity amount till date.
Therefore you are requested to look into the matter personally and order to the Managing Director of above companies to pay our F.D.R’s principal amount along with the cumulative interest so that I could be able to pay the fee of my son and daughter as well as to meet my day to day needs if they are not in position to pay then their moving/non-moving property should be auctioned and payment to the clients should be made asap. I am sure that you will help me out to cope up this problem.
