I have invest 50000 in F.D. . in 2012. And matured in 2014 . but still in 2021. I didnt get my money back. And no response from company.

Fixed Deposit FD Receipt No. 8269 for Maturity amount of 35000 with Maturity date of 10-Jul-2014 is not yet received. Pls let us know contact number of the person to connect to for getting the maturity amount, and can the maturity amount be deposited at the earliest.

I have 4 Fixed Deposit receipts which have matured in 2014 and 2015 as per the below given details. I had submitted 2 FD receipts to the Andheri office on 22nd September 2014. However, I have not received any communication from the company till date.

1) FD No.13060 Dt.[protected] Rs. 40, 000/- Matured on[protected].
2) FD No.13061 Dt.[protected] Rs. 39, 000/- Matured on[protected].
3) FD No.24532 Dt.[protected] Rs. 45, 000/- Matured on[protected].
4) FD No.24446 Dt.[protected] Rs. 45, 000/- Matured on[protected].

The company has not returned the principal amount or interest money on maturity, neither has the company sent any communication.

I am a super senior citizen (aged 87) had saved this money for my medical expenses. My son too has lost his job since the lockdown and we are in need of money.

Please repay the principal amount of all the above FD's

FDR given through Bajaj Capital Ltd Rs. 1Lakh on 20/4/13 for 2 years to mature on 19/4/2015. No interest paid for FY2014-15 and subsequently no maturity. Waiting for reply since then.

Now the Company is under liquidation, Where do I approach ?
Kindly help to
(1) Get the due amount with due interest from the company
(2) Also get me the contact details of the liquidator in order to submit my claim

I had deposited FD for Rs 1, 00, 000 which matured on 22nd April 2015. But till date the amount has not been repaid. The original FD receipts has already been sent to the company. I had followed up multiple times to the company via phone, emails, letters but no response. The company had promised to repay all the FDs upon maturity.

I've purchased FD(No.771) of Rs.40000/-, which matured on 20/04/2014. But till date no payment received & no communication on the same. Facing hardship as mother for my child education in this pandemic.

I am senior citizen over 75 years with heart conditions. I had invested 1 lakh rupee of my hard earned money in plethico pharmaceuticals in 2011 which was due for maturity on august 2014. I have not received my principal amount and accumulated interest from 2014 till date. Have been seeking help from company (Earlier), agent and other people for last 6 years and still not got any success. Need urgent help for my medical support. My fd number is 11219

I have invested an amount of rs.25000/- (Twenty five thousand) vide no. Fdr-24058 dt.20 sept2012 in m/s plethico pharmaceuticals ltd. Regd. Office at a b road, manglia, distt. Indore (M. P.) through bajaj capital pvt ltd. This fixed deposit was matured on 19 sept. 2013. I sent my original fdr to the company for release my payment. But the company did not release maturity amount (Fixed deposit + interest) till date in spite of several request by email and letters. I made various call on cont no.[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] but no response made by the company. I have confirm from the registrar to the fix deposit schemes m/s. Link intime india pvt. Ltd that original fd was received by company, but they have not any order for release the payment from head office.
It is, therefore, you are requested to take appropriate action against the company and help me to return my hardness earning money back from the above company.

I have 2 fds with plathico pharmaceutical s limited, bearing no. 4295 & 14120 for rs.35000/- & rs 25000/- respectively. Both matured in 2014. Till date repayment of both these fds is not made. I'm a sr. Citizen surviving on my savings only. My name is ashwin shroff.

The company has not paid the amount due with interest. I had sent the fdr duly discharged i am a retired person and this is hard earned money. I request the concerned authorities to please look in to the matter and help me in getting my money back.
