Now the Company is under liquidation, Where do I approach ?

We are senior citizens. We have returned our 3 FDs to the company on 27 June 2015. Till date we have not received our money inspite of repeated calls to the company.

I had deposited FD for Rs 1, 00, 000 which matured on 22nd April 2015. But till date the amount has not been repaid. The original FD receipts has already been sent to the company. I had followed up multiple times to the company via phone, emails, letters but no response. The company had promised to repay all the FDs upon maturity.

Fd matured on 17/1/2014. As on date we have not received the maturity amount.Kindly arrange to return the FD amount with intetrest.

On due date of fixed deposit i sent it for payment my original fixed deposit, but till date there is no reply from any side, i. E. This is regarding to my investment in plethico pharmaceuticals thro fixed deposit scheme in 2012 with a tenure of 24 months. The fd receipt no 22750 dt :[protected] thro integrated brokerage services for a amount of 25, 000. Same has got maturated on[protected].
