We have invested in FD in Plethico Pharmaceuticals to the FD no. 26879 for amount of 4 Lakhs and was matured on 12/06/2014 but till date the repayment of FD amount has not made to us please help us

I have submitted 6 FDR for repayments but not received any payments of principal amount or due interest. The FDs got matured in 2014/15/16 The FDR nos are 7213/ 7214/ 7805/ 8773/ 24320/ 25489
Total principal amount of Rs 1, 65, 000/-
Now the Company is under liquidation, Where do I approach ?
Kindly help to
(1) Get the due amount with due interest from the company
(2) Also get me the contact details of the liquidator in order to submit my claim

We are senior citizens. We have returned our 3 FDs to the company on 27 June 2015. Till date we have not received our money inspite of repeated calls to the company.

I had deposited FD for Rs 1, 00, 000 which matured on 22nd April 2015. But till date the amount has not been repaid. The original FD receipts has already been sent to the company. I had followed up multiple times to the company via phone, emails, letters but no response. The company had promised to repay all the FDs upon maturity.

I am senior citizen over 75 years with heart conditions. I had invested 1 lakh rupee of my hard earned money in plethico pharmaceuticals in 2011 which was due for maturity on august 2014. I have not received my principal amount and accumulated interest from 2014 till date. Have been seeking help from company (Earlier), agent and other people for last 6 years and still not got any success. Need urgent help for my medical support. My fd number is 11219

I have invested an amount of rs.25000/- (Twenty five thousand) vide no. Fdr-24058 dt.20 sept2012 in m/s plethico pharmaceuticals ltd. Regd. Office at a b road, manglia, distt. Indore (M. P.) through bajaj capital pvt ltd. This fixed deposit was matured on 19 sept. 2013. I sent my original fdr to the company for release my payment. But the company did not release maturity amount (Fixed deposit + interest) till date in spite of several request by email and letters. I made various call on cont no.[protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected] but no response made by the company. I have confirm from the registrar to the fix deposit schemes m/s. Link intime india pvt. Ltd that original fd was received by company, but they have not any order for release the payment from head office.
It is, therefore, you are requested to take appropriate action against the company and help me to return my hardness earning money back from the above company.

I have 2 fds with plathico pharmaceutical s limited, bearing no. 4295 & 14120 for rs.35000/- & rs 25000/- respectively. Both matured in 2014. Till date repayment of both these fds is not made. I'm a sr. Citizen surviving on my savings only. My name is ashwin shroff.

My fd r no. 16538 of narendra h. Shah for rs 34, 000/ matured on 01/03/2015.
The company has not paid the amount due with interest. I had sent the fdr duly discharged i am a retired person and this is hard earned money. I request the concerned authorities to please look in to the matter and help me in getting my money back.

I have fixed deposit in plethico pharmaceuticals. My fd details are as below.

who is the broker in my case.

I and my wife both invested rs.1, 00, 000/- each in FD in the Plethico Pharma. vide FD recipt No:15469 and 15470 under Sr.Citizen category.
Fd matured on 17/1/2014. As on date we have not received the maturity amount.Kindly arrange to return the FD amount with intetrest.
Since we are senior citizen we depend upon this amount for our day today expenditures on medical grounds. We have already sent no of mails regarding this matter to fd. We have not got any response from them. Kind arrange to pay back our FD amount with interest.

Now it is 2020 going on, still i have not receive the money it is our hard earn money i have do the operation of my right leg as i am senior citizen no income source for me.
